I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I placed my order using the self-service kiosk and completed the payment. However, the machine showed an error afterward. When I spoke to the staff, they said they couldn’t find my receipt in their system. I showed them the payment transaction as proof that the money had been deducted from my account, but they still refused to prepare my order.
