This is the second time I have gone through their drive thru and was given the wrong coffee. It is so frustrating when you get on the highway and find out you have the wrong coffee and have to wait until Canmore to get a new one. I have also been charged for the wrong order and it took 10 minutes for them to figure out how to refund me and charge me for my coffee.
