I’ve been coming to Thai Express for a long time and always order the same dish. This time there was a small mix-up with the sauce, but the way it was handled truly impressed me. When I called, he immediately checked the ingredients, realized what happened, and kindly made two fresh vegan dishes for me free of charge. Honest mistake, but outstanding customer service and integrity. Food is always great and they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend supporting this place.“

“I haven’t had Thai food for ages and never in Airdrie. Tuk Tuk Thai is a cute little fast food restaurant with little touches that put it on a level above other fast food restaurants such as the cute little Tuk Tuk turned booth in the dining area and the pretty take out containers! The service was excellent. The chef/server was friendly and smiling. And the food was delicious! I had Shrimp Pad Thai, Spring rolls, Thai iced tea and roti! All of it was fresh and hot!“
