It's amazing food.

Ordered online. Ordering service says 15 minute wait. Seems a bit fast. The confirmation text message says 25 minute wait. That's reasonable. When I arrive the staff say it's not ready yet and it'll be another 10 minutes. I wait for 25 more minutes.
Get food over an hour after ordering and after sitting there waiting for almost 30 minutes.

I am from England and “I recently visited The vapiano cucina Italian and it exceeded my expectations. The restaurant has a warm and cozy atmosphere, perfect for enjoying authentic Italian food. I tried their signature pasta and pizza, and both were delicious—freshly prepared with rich flavors. The staff was attentive and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. The prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service. I will definitely come back again and...
