Not the best experience. I came from the bathroom to place my order. I stood at the counter for about a minute with no one passing by or noticing me. One employee came from the back with several sleeves of cups in their hands to refill them. They did not look at me as I was not on their radar. I waited another 30 seconds and still no one. Seems to always be busy, half the time they are on point and get it right and the other half the time seems to be issues and being in the location it's in, people are in and out and don't have time to have orders with mistakes .
This, like every Timmy’s around, can get really busy, especially the drive-thru. But service can go very quickly, which makes wait times a bit less at times. Food tastes fresh, coffee always good.
