I ordered online and expected it to be ready when I picked it up. They must have only read the food because they didn’t make the Root beer Shake. When they started the shake after I was there to pick it up they had to fill the machine with the thing that holds the flavour and had problems with it. Aidan is a friendly and hardworking employee at A&W. He is the nicest person and is always willing to help us. He always greets customers with a smile, takes orders carefully, and makes sure everything is done right. He works well with his team and helps keep things running smoothly. New building is nice staff is friendly food tends to be either over cooked or stale. Not sure if that's just me also why such a long wait time threw the drive threw they make you sit out front and wait for your food thought it was supposed to be drive thru.
