New building is nice staff is friendly food tends to be either over cooked or stale. Not sure if that's just me also why such a long wait time threw the drive threw they make you sit out front and wait for your food thought it was supposed to be drive thru.

My best experience I have ever had at any a&w location. All because of one employee by the name of Carlos. He is always so pleasant and polite. If I was in the position to give him a raise of pay I would most definitely do so. Everything I go there I hope i get to have a interaction with Carlos. He makes me smile and I always want to come back because of him. Carlos at the athabasca is so amazing. Remarkable customer service. Please recognize him for his hard work and dedication...

Tried their churros for the first time at this A&W location…They’re awesome! Richmond recommended them and I’m glad I said yes.
I don’t leave a lot of reviews, so when I do, it means I had an amazing experience. Thank you Richmond, you are a great host! I hope to be able to come back to this location again in the near future.
