Service as expected. They couldn't figure out how to ring in the coupon on my app so they just gave me a free donut which still made it more expensive than the deal on the app but I was in a hurry and I didn't care that much. However, the Tim's app isn't really friendly so I don't blame the employees.
Staff were friendly enough. Coffees were hot and tasted good. Tim bits were hard and disgusting. No glaze at all on the honey dipped ones or the chocolate glazed. Seriously just awful...
