Honestly, we didn’t enjoy the food, and I’m not sure why it’s rated so highly. Maybe it was just our order, but we tried two different dishes—wings and sandwiches.
The wings here are huge and they have delicious flavours. The Toronto Maple Leafs is unfortunately my favourite flavour haha. (Just not the team haha)
The staff are nice but they are always so busy. The service can be very slow because of this and sometimes there is just one person working. They do what they can but seem to need more help or quicker processes.

It was a nice clean place. The staff was friendly and even gave us an ETA on our food. The wings were tasty with lots of meat on them. They don’t skimp on the sauce. A great place to eat over all.

Me and my family stopped by around 12:30-1:00pm for some lunch and decided to come and eat here.
We got 2 orders of the 8pcs regular fried chicken (8 pcs for $24.99), 1 sweet chili wings and 1 honey garlic wings. I think the wings were like $12.99 per pound, i forgot.
It took about 15-20 mins for all of my order to come out. And i tell you, it was worth the wait, we left feeling so full, gosh.
Would definitely come and eat here again.

Nice place to have a filling meal with various options. There are various sauces to try on, and the staff is super nice. If you are lucky enough, you can catch the helicopter take off the helipad, which is right beside the location, so watch out for it!

Ordered a Doritos chicken burger and a wing combo. The burger was tasty but lacked any substantial chicken, it was primarily the Doritos breading. The wings were more of the same, tasty but over breaded and undercooked. I question anyone who thinks this is quality food

This is the only review you’ll need to see. Me and my friends went there to pick up dinner. On the way back I realized that I lost my sunglasses. I called them and they found my sunglasses and without hesitation, this HERO, offers to come over to drop off my sunglasses. So we ate dinner. I had some of the best chicken wings of my life. After I ate, I got a phone call that he was here and gave me my sunglasses back. 100/10 Wing Shack is GOATED

Hidden gem away from the touristy spots in banff! Loved the Buffalo hot and hot lemon pepper ranch flavors. Really nice owners and very clean bathroom. One of our favorite spots during our stay.

Great takeaway chicken. So many flavours to choose from, I’m sure they are all great we had the garlic parma wings and it was delicious. Fried chicken was incredible. Slightly odd location but pease visit if you are in the area
This is a hidden gem! I had the dorito fried chicken sandwhich and it was amazing! Service was fast everything was cooked to order. I will be back to try the wings.
