“I recently dined at The Bison and was thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere was fantastic, creating a welcoming vibe. Our server, Rose, provided excellent recommendations, enhancing our dining experience. The cocktails, especially the standout Lady Mac, were expertly crafted. The broccoli, beef tartare, and beef and dumplings were all spectacular, showcasing the culinary prowess of the kitchen. A delightful evening overall.”

“We ate at Eden for our honeymoon. It was an absolutely wonderful experience and I would fully recommend it to anyone. I was amazed to find the options of a fully vegetarian menu that wasn't just an afterthought, but a very well thought out menu that allowed me to enjoy a meal with my new husband who is not vegetarian. The food was amazing! Many of the items were new to us both, but don't let that scare you away! All of the dishes were very approachable and there wasn't a single one that I didn't enjoy. We also opted for the “classic” wine pairing and I would recommend doing that as well - it was enjoyable hearing about the history of the wine and the reason for the pairings, and they truly added something to the meal in terms of flavor. The service was beyond amazing. Everyone was so knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. Eden truly was an experience and we will absolutely return on our next trip to Banff.”

“We quite enjoyed our time, it's a nice spot and very lively. Our server was helpful & friendly. The food was delicious, however was slightly disappointed in how we ordered. The salmon was fantastic! The pasta was good, but not really what we were hoping for. We'd definitely go back and just order differently next time”

“We love this Banff joint. We book during their happy hour and then it is even better value for your money. (It just may take a little longer for you to be served.) Great food, pleasant staff, funky atmosphere... we can't stop coming back.”

“I ordered a pizza and wings. Both were really good. They served maple syrup with the pizza, It was so great as a dipping sauce of the pizza. The male server from New Zealand was super nice and kind as well.”

“What an amazing hike after a hike or a ride up. Make sure you make a Reservation for an amazing seat with a views. Seats at the windows are for two people. Service was good, food was tasty and warm. Had an Irish coffee that made every thing a bit warmer.Overall I would say it is about expensive in the end as the buffet, and food was just as good. You do not get a town view on the bistro side, but it is amazing. Will always get food after the hour 45 min to hike to the top in winter.”

“GF loved the gf french toast. I really like the bison Benedict. A little noisy for us old people. View out the window was nice. We thankfully reserved during a busy off season long weekend.”

“Top notch service from Danielle! She was just great.We started with the burrata salad. This dish should not be on the menu when tomatoes are not in season. It was tasteless. Danielle quickly acknowledged the problem and took it off the bill. Mains were the elk meat balls and the gnocchi, both of which were good, not great. The sticky toffee pudding dessert was yummy, nice decadent finish to the meal.Atmosphere is nice and upscale.”

“Twelve days into our trip in Canada, my meal was absolutely More-ish and I believe it should be awarded! Well balanced flavours and of top quality standard. Huli Muli chicken was not just chicken. Staff were all wonderful and PRESENT!! Very cheerful, happy and efficient. Three Bears is a MUST to visit and experience, I wish we discovered it on our first night because we wouldn't of gone elsewhere for the other 3 nights! Keep on doing what you are doing it's appreciated. Thank you L&N ??”

“One of my favourite restaurants! I stop in here every time I’m in Banff, and it’s always fantastic (especially if you have allergies or intolerances)!Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate literally almost any dietary restriction!”

“Wow - absolutely incredible food! We ordered the veggie pizza and the fried garlic bread (we also asked for marinara on the side which was +$3).The pizza was one of the best I’ve had in a while. It was such a great balance of savory, lightly sweet, and cheesy. The fried garlic bread was also delicious, but we did feel like it would go better with dipping sauce on the side. Service was quick, but it was busy and we did have to wait for about 40 min to get seated.Would definitely come back because this was a delicious meal.”

“Had family from out of town visiting so we thought we would enjoy dinner in Banff at the Banff Springs 1888 steak Resturant.Service was excellent as was the food, very enjoyable evening.My only suggestion is when you spend $1,200 on dinner for 6 it would seem that parking should be validated, instead we were given the option to pay $13 an hour in the Hotel Parkade of try to find street parking which is nonexistent. Something for management to consider.Parking: Strange to be charged $13 an hour to park so I could spend $1200 on dinner.”

“We visited after walking past on a previous evening and being tempted by the amazing smells. No wait for a table when we visited midweek, though service was a little slow and we had to chase up our drinks which hadn't arrived even after we had our appetiser.We made the mistake of over ordering and could barely make a dent in our main meals, the portions are really large and easily shareable. If we hadn't been in a hotel, we would have been able to take away enough for at least another day's dinner. Everything was very tasty and flavourful, and lots of vegan and vegetarian options.”

“This place has my favorite Ramen Bowl I've ever had. The Devil's Arashi Ramen is so unique and love the addition of soft tofu, garlic chips, spinach, and pickled ginger. The Level 3 spice is perfect for a good amount of heat while still flavourful. Also had the Takoyaki which were very large and had lots of Octopus meat inside.Small restaurant, so either come 15 minutes early before they open or expect to wait awhile. Staff are all wonderful and friendly as well.”

“I went to eddies yesterday afternoon and I had an amazing experience. I ordered the Rocky Mountain burger and the elk was cooked to perfection and was so good, the blueberry chutney was to die for. I genuinely think it was the best burger I’ve ever had.The restaurant is small but this creates a very warm atmosphere. The service was incredible and the waitress treated us well.(Go on Sunday for their $10 trash cans!)Would highly recommend!”

“Egle is the best Server I’ve experienced dining out. She was friendly, genuine and really made us feel special which is immense since gratuity was included in the breakfast vouchers we used. I can’t emphasize enough how enjoyable the experience was. I give the food 4 stars because I do miss the smoked salmon in cold section of the breakfast buffet.”

“We made a quick decision to drive to Banff before our son headed back to the UK. I first phoned the hotel and the front desk was so helpful as they could not get through immediately to the restaurant. He phoned me back and confirmed our table although in the car I was able to make it online. Simply put the food, service and room was wonderful. The best eggs Benedict I have hade in some time. “Grapes is a hidden gem at the Banff Springs. It's small, so reservations are a must. The tapas and charcuterie we tried were all very good. Service was a little slow. Small wine list....some wine pricing was a grossly overpriced.”

“Came here two years in a row for my anniversary as the food and drinks were so delicious. The mighty Aphrodite is to die for if you live a tropical drink and the happy hour deals are great too. I love the decor in the restaurant as it feels truly authentic and warm. Cannot recommend it enough!”

“Our group of six, four adults and two small children enjoyed a wonderful dinner here last night. We eat here every time we come to Banff.  The antipasti miso, the shrimp and scallop risotto, the duck breast and lamb shank were all excellent.  Iban did a wonderful job taking care of us in a friendly and entertaining way. ”

“Never thought I'd review a mcds because either way it's going to keep making money but this mcds deserves the positive review.I saw them selling these coupon packs outside. The coupons fully support Ronald Mcdonald house for charity and I really don't mind purchasing these and even if I don't use all the coupons I usually give them to homeless if not someone else behind me inline.Anyways was pleasantly surprised with how well this location is runned. Happy workers who work hard, keep everything organized and never forget to ask you if you need condiments, can not imagine them forgetting to give you something like nugget sauce or something.”

“Zyka (pronounced Zai-ka) is right in downtown banff located on the 2nd level. You can access Zyka via stairs from the front or there is an elevator located on the back side of the restaurant if needed.The restaurant is large with lots of space.We came for lunch buffet and the price was very reasonable for the spread of the buffet. There is juice provided on the buffet, salads, rice, naan bread and 3 different entree choices. Vegetarian choice and butter chicken was available the day we went. And then there was a dessert which was quite delicious.The owner is superbly friendly and is always welcoming. He brought over fresh naan which was so amazing.We are so happy for your new restaurant and we will return for sure. This is our new go to Indian cuisine restaurant. Can't wait to try a la carte!”

I ordered maple twist and americano both are the most delicious ones in my whole life. I also enjoyed sitting alone by the window and had great time reading eating. “Small restaurant hidden in the lower level of a building. Not very noticeable from the outside. We stumbled into this place when looking into the coffee shop on the street.The flavors of the ramen are delicious and so fulfilling. A great stop on a cold day or after a great day hike.”

“There’s so many restaurants in the town of Banff and we found this gem right in town! The waitress was really friendly and helpful! We didn’t know what to order so she made some recommendations and it was really good! My husband had the Blue Corn Chicken enchilada, my friend and myself had the fish tacos! The chicken enchilada was good but the fish taco was so tasty and crunchy when you bite into it! The taco had a really yummy mango salsa with some jicama slaw, it also had pieces of shrimp in it too! I definitely would come back and get this again!”

“I came here a few months ago on a vacation, and it was pretty delicious, eating here reminded me of the canto restaurants I usually eat, and the only thing is that I found that the Chow Mein was a bit bland then how I usually eat it. But it was very well done and the cooking was entertaining when waiting for my food.”

“This is our go to place for a quick bite in Banff! You don’t need to drive all the way to downtown Banff and they have Nice washrooms as well with those fancy Bidet’s!Vegetarian options: Beyond meet burger actually tastes good!”

“This place has great (and reasonable) cookies and can be taken as packaged in groups of three but if you are going to eat tthem directly, you can buy them singly. The coffee is good too. They also had grilled cheese sandwiches but they were not as successful as the sandwiches were not crisp although hot. Our favourite were the oatmeal and raisin , but the molasses cookies were good too. We brought cookies to go and ate them in various locations . Ziplock bags would help as the paper bags tend to bleed a bit.”
