“I finally came for lunch with a friend. It was my first visit, and definitely not my last! The staff is kind and efficient, the food is reasonably priced if not a bargain for the portion size and quality. I had the Cajun Caesar wrap and it was spectacular from first to last bite. My friend had the Houston Something or Other (I was too busy enjoying mine to care) and she enjoyed it. The desserts were crazy good as well. I had the Sweet & Salty bar, and my friend had something brown and sweet. Again, I get tunnel vision when I’m enjoying my lunch so lord knows what that one was called. Tasty food that’s affordable. Staff that’s hard working and kind. What more could you want?”

“This place should be 5-stars! Whoever rated it less doesn’t know a great restaraunt when they dine at one. The staff was delightful, the food cane out fast, our drinks never got less than half full, and the steak was PERFECT! Everyone, from the manager, Juney, to the server, Nick, and our lovely Aussie hostess were so kind and friendly. We felt so welcome and had the best time. This place is tucked away in the corner of the hotel, and it is a hidden gem, indeed! Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, it’s worth a drive here just for the food. Well done, management, staff, and ambience. We shall return again soon.”

“Pizza was def the best in town, restaurant was busy but service was a bit behind / slow. Margarita was average, def room for improvement. Pizza was good, crust was well done. I didn't think it needs the balsamic reduction and it took away from the pizza overall. The banana dessert was the star of the show. Would recommend and try again with a different pie.”

“Visited Calgary and Banff for the very first time. All exceeded my expectations. Discovered this cafe when visiting the area of beautiful Lakes. Cafe was closed; got a coffee to go in this beautiful place steps from Emerald Lake. Can only wonder how it might be amazing the atmosphere in that Cafe / Restaurant when open. Next time definitely. “I love Lake Louise. Calgarian for 45 years and LL is always my go-to hill.. it's beautiful, the runs are fun. Just started taking my 7 year old. Covid handling is well done and reasonable.”

“We were at the Louisa Restaurant at the Chateau Lake Louise about a week ago. The food was great, tasty but the service, the service was something else. Our server Adam was above the rest- thank you Adam for your service, from the corner table with the hot chocolate to go. Thank you!”

“We ordered Grilled chicken pesto wrap,Alberta roast Beef wrap, very berry smoothies and strawberry sunrise. The food is really nice and the wrap is massive, enough to fill your hunger. Alberta roast Beef is high recommendable.

Parking: There is plenty of parking available, but had to walk nearly 1/2km to reach the food court.”

“I remember going there with Zoe and Briney on Zoe's birthday they gave us the most luxurious rooms and the have a really nice swimming pool and the warmest hot tubs I can't say more they're 100/100.”
