We were at the Louisa Restaurant at the Chateau Lake Louise about a week ago. The food was great, tasty but the service, the service was something else. Our server Adam was above the rest- thank you Adam for your service, from the corner table with the hot chocolate to go. Thank you!
Five stars for the food, but six stars for the service! We had lunch at Louiza after our initial lounge plans fell through, and it exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond, and our waiter Ajay made our afternoon extra special with his wonderful energy and impeccable service. A highlight of our visit to Lake Louise!
