WALLISER STUBE Reviews
I would recommend that you book the very first reservation or stagger and book in 2 hour times. They only have a view of the lake in 1 room (of the 2).
We arrived and were sat in a room that we had a lovely view of a wall - i did not know by the advertising that this would even be a thing. The staff saw my almost crying (due to personal reasons - Dad on a bucket list trip after my mom dying and wanting to come to Lake Louise). Small menu but does not disappoint! Makes me want to buy a fondue pot. Ask for Asher. He made the experience.
Excellent service, the cheese fondue and the German cuisine were hearty, elevated and is definitely worth the trip. Our server, Asher was wonderful. Accommodated every request we had, highly recommend!

The Walliser Stube restaurant at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise offers a delightful culinary experience, including a "Chateau Winter Experience" three-course menu. Standout dishes include a traditional cheese fondue appetizer, perfectly cooked Alberta beef tenderloin, and a satisfying schnitzel with mushroom sauce. The baked Louise dessert and a newly invented peach strudel provide a pleasant conclusion to the meal. The restaurant's exceptional service sets it apart, with attentive staff who provide personalized attention and expert menu guidance. Guests have praised the delicious fondue, steak, and schnitzel, as well as the wonderful hospitality and wine knowledge of the staff. Visitors also enjoy the lovely views of Lake Louise, making the "Chateau Experience" three-course menu a convenient and satisfying dining option. Although it is expensive, many feel that the delicious food and spectacular scenery make it worth the experience. The atmosphere is friendly, and the staff are personable, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a beautiful setting.
