“I can't recommend the bowls here enough - lots of great options to choose from and in Golden which is known to be pricey you really get your money worth at this spot. Personally I'd recommend the Samurai Chicken bowl if you're undecided!Parking: Free Street parking is available on the main strip. “Soooo good! 5 stars is never enough for these guys. The food was delicious and tried the chorizo taco for the first time and highly recommend it. A new favorite. Bar staff make the tastiest Margaritas ive had and losts of options. Service is always top notch and seemless. It is a must if you are in Golden and take out is quick n easy if there are no tables available”

“Very cozy place! Everyone was very nice and the food was delicious! Highly recommend the stilton fondue, truly incredible! Our entrees were tasty and beautifully presented as well! I had bangers and mash esque meal and my girlfriend had the duck skewer salad. The names are escaping me, but all was good! I wish I lived closer to try the rest of the menu!”

“This place is awesome! In town with the boys for a ski trip, stopped by the first night and were served by Dan (he's a legend by the way,) and all of us had the bison ribs at his recommendation. We planned on eating somewhere different the next night but after the insanely good food and stellar service we just HAD to come back the next night. Dan greeted us right away even though we were in Hannah's section (she was great too,) and we had beef dips and the daily special. Again we were blown away at the quality and flavour. Great food, drinks, service, vibes, this place is a must for anyone looking to refuel the right way after a big day on the slopes!Kid-friendliness: There were kids inside”

“Small informal setting. Big patio would be great in summer. In March we stayed inside! Wonderful old photographs line the walls. Also some politically incorrect signs, but all in fun. Good food, big servings, friendly and efficient staff. We'll go there again.”

“Wow...on our way through from Edmonton on the way to Kelowna, we stopped in. Service was amazing and personable, place was full on a Sunday afternoon, patrons super friendly and a regular named George bought us a pitcher of beer and gave us cookies...what can I say?....such a heartwarming experienceand this is now our "go to" pub in Golden...Thanks for an amazing night ...also a couple of German tourists to delight us in their traditional fashion...the best of humanity”

“Dan was the chef for our weeklong backcountry hut, ski-touring trip in the Esplanade range of the Purcell Mountains of British Columbia January 19th, 2024 through January 26th, 2024. I cannot compliment Dan enough! Such a wonderful variety of well-prepared, gourmet food and meals! Dan does not overlook any details; namely, the main entrees and side dishes were harmonized and simply fit together. Thanks to Dan's delicious and abundant breakfasts, lunch fixings, appetizers and dinner meals I was able to remain strong and fit for the whole week of backcountry ski touring! Add to that, Dan was fun to be around and share time with at dinner and in the field. I would consider myself quite lucky to have Dan be my chef/cook on another GAH trip in the future!
