This place rocks. Don't even think about skipping this place when you come to golden. The food is out of this world and everything is made in house. The owner is very knowledgeable and a awesome dude. 11/10
They are just amazing. When we asked about gluten free options they knew exactly what did and didn’t contain gluten, and knew what had cross contam etc. The coffee is amazing and the service was stunning.

New item at Ethos Cafe: sourdough bread with apricots. But only if you order it two days ahead. It is the most delicious bread I have ever had. If I give Ethos a million stars, it will still not describe the greatness of this place.
