My partner and I make sure to visit Ethos café whenever we're in Golden and you should too! There coffee programme was wicked. We had a very tasty natural Ethiopian espresso from Holm Coffee and a banging Colombian drip from Rooftop. On the shelf they also had retail bags from Dose Coffee and Alternate Route, so safe to say the selection of coffee to grab is on point!The food was not only delicious, but filling as well. Proper, proper value. You can tell this team cares and everything being local is the cherry on top. Local mushrooms, local greens and local hot sauce. My mushroom on toast was top notch and my partner loved her avo toast which thankfully, was no ordinary avo toast.Service was with a smile, everyone seems to appreciate the space and if you're a family with a young one you'll feel very comfortable bringing your kid in as these people go above and beyond for families.Last but not least.. if you don't leave with a sourdough and croissant, you're doing it wrong!

One of the nicest coffee shops I’ve been in. If you’re into specialty coffee, this is the spot to go here. The avocado toast was also super unique and heckin’ good. I feel like smaller towns lack specialty coffee a lot of the time, so this was really nice to have. 12/10 YES.
