Our bison burger was so tender, cooked med rare and the freshest beets, potatoes and carrots roasted . The carmel toffee dessert melted in your mouth. The service was spot on. a lovely meal to the end of a great vacation in Banff.“

“Ambience was incredible and food was great. We were fortunate enough to experience thru the outdoor globe dining. Our kids ran around fresh mountain air while my husband and I were catered to by one of the best servers we’ve experienced. Zoran was enthusiastic and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable about wine and paired our meals and desert fabulously. Our one daughter has a very severe gluten allergy and the server took extra precautions to make sure food was safe for her. Highly recommend! And extra thanks to Zoran - our daughter hugged him on the way out !“

“We went to Coyotes several mornings in a row for breakfast. Food was wonderful and service was great. Our last morning, we sat at the bar and watched the staff work in tandem to perfection. If we ever return to Banff, this place will definitely be our choice.“

And of course a steamy hot dog 🌭 was a must. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a taste of a true Canadian dish !“

“I ordered the pizza, wings, poutine meal, and I have to say that these food items were one of the best eatings I've had in Banff over the various trips I've made with family. The pizza is crispy and fluffy while still holding the toppings firmly. The wings were extra crispy and delicious and the poutine was my absolute favorite. It's hard finding a good poutine with good gravy.“

“Went up to Banff with a few friends last Friday and we ended up at Vistas Dining Room for dinner, which honestly turned out to be the highlight of the whole trip. The elk medallions were incredible, cooked perfectly and the sauce had this rich depth that made it hard not to order a second plate. Our server was super attentive without being overbearing, kept checking in just enough and gave great suggestions when we were debating between dishes. The views of the mountains through those big windows as the sun was going down made the whole evening feel pretty special, definitely one of those spots we'll be coming back to.“

“Was just finding a restaurant to eat while visiting Banff with my boyfriend today. We decided to try this place and it didn’t disappoint. The service, atmosphere, and food was a 10/10. Jamie recommended us the Cajun beef short rib and it was perfect. Although we were kind of hesitant to eat the alligator bites, it was surprisingly really good. “This was a really cool experience! We were playing tourist in Banff for the day, and were intrigued by the eclectic menu. We went back later that afternoon for lunch, and splurged on the fondue dinner for two. We were in no rush, with no itinerary, so we sat on the patio and enjoyed the sun and our four courses. Our server was Billy, and he was phenomenal. We jumped at the opportunity to try the exotic fondue, and enjoyed the off-menu duck breast fondue as well! I did take a peek inside the restaurant, and boy is it ever a vibe (I definitely felt underdressed in my bright t-shirt and shorts, haha). This was one of the absolute highlights of our super quick road trip from Northern BC to Southern AB. Definitely worth getting off of the freeway and braving the tourist moshes for.“
