“We had such a lovely experience at The Old Spaghetti Factory in Banff! ❤
We ordered the all-included steak and spaghetti meal, which came with bread and garlic butter, French onion soup, and ice cream with coffee or tea to finish. Everything was delicious, and we really enjoyed our meal!
A special thank you to our server, Jazel! She was beyond wonderful, so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. She truly made our experience even more special!

“We went to Coyotes several mornings in a row for breakfast. Food was wonderful and service was great. Our last morning, we sat at the bar and watched the staff work in tandem to perfection. If we ever return to Banff, this place will definitely be our choice.“

“Maclab is your best choice for food on the Banff Centre campus. The menu is generous, and has options to satisfy many different dietary preferences. The space is very large, bright, and welcoming… and it sports an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. The wine and cocktail list is fantastic🍷- definitely recommend the BC wines. The service was friendly and professional, but keep in mind that Maclab can get really busy at times and so, you should be prepared for slower service. Until next time Maclab!“

“Stopped by for a quick dinner last Friday evening with the kids and the line moved fast even though it was busy. My youngest demolished a cinnamon bun almost as big as her head while my older one went straight for the grilled cheese, both gone in minutes. The staff were patient with all our questions and even brought over extra napkins without being asked, which saves the day with two messy eaters. Cozy spot with mountain views out the window, easy for a quick family stop after a day on the trails.“

“We went because we were staying at the Banff Inn and didn't want to venture out for a late dinner on a cold rainy evening. We were very pleasantly surprised by the food at Carlito's -- ingredients are super-fresh, salads creative and crisp, pizza delicious, homemade in the best way, just what we road-weary travelers needed. Comfortable, welcoming and clean. Prices very fair for Banff. Can recommend eating here even if you're not staying at the Banff Inn!“

“Had dinner there last weekend with a few friends and the elk tenderloin was honestly one of the best things I've eaten in Banff. We got a table right by the window around 7pm and watched the sun set over the mountains, which made the whole evening feel pretty special. The staff were friendly without hovering and happily walked us through the wine list when we couldn't decide. Already planning to go back next time we're up for a weekend trip.“

“Oh wow... I was honestly treated so much better here than I was at the keg that I worked for personally back in Calgary. Our server Lauren was so kind and spot on with our table service, and when the missus' steak was a little underdone for her liking, Lauren took care of it right away and had it cooked by the kitchen staff to perfection. Gerry/Jerry the General Manager came over to our table and wanted to make sure everything was tasting great (which it was!) and he was such a delight to speak with. I honestly wished my GM from the Keg I worked with back in Calgary was even half as friendly as he was! Thank you to everybody who was on that night for making our Valentines Day so amazing, and we will certainly be back to eat at the Keg in the Caribou lodge specifically! “This is the perfect pizza place under very specific circumstances:
1. You'd rather skip Banff but you're hungry and you don't want to brave the Canmore/Louise maze.
2. You just want bread and cheese, pepperoni optional, and the quality is less important than the ease of access.
3. You think having proper Indian (like from India) chai from the hot chocolate machine is a cultural wonder and a delicious way to spend the rest of your drive.
4. You like money and would rather keep it than eat it.

Then this is your spot! You get 15 minutes free parking just to the right of the pumps! Just walk into the gas station side if you want quick access to pizza by the slice, excellent spiced honey tea, and some beautiful brown eyes and friendly smiles.

To be just a bit more clear, I recommend just eating the cheese and toppings off the pizza. Cheers!“
