Nestled in the highlands of Banff , Maclab Bistro offers an exquisite culinary journey that transcends the ordinary. As a local, I can assure you this is a hidden gem for a few reasons. 1) its open late 11pm kitchen closes, 1am its open. 2) Its a beautiful space (i go up here to rip latenights on my laptop 3) Amazing food. 4) not alot of people even think of going up here so its never crowded....enjoy!
