Restaurant is behind the hotel down some wooden paths. We made reservations for 6pm and had a seat with a nice view of the river. Service was excellent and the food was great. We started with Haus Bread and it was fresh out of the oven with plenty of butter. My husband got the beef short rib and it was soft and flavourful and we got a side of cabbage to share. Great restaurant theme, views and food! The restaurant smells delicious and the food was great. The schnitzel was one of the best. Recommended if staying at the Fairmont or in the local area.
