Fantastic dinner last night! Great vegan and vegetarian options and the dishes were outstanding and creative. Nice alcohol-free options, as well. It was a little loud but that couldn’t be helped. Our server, Jeremy, was outstanding! Engaging, kind, conscientious and efficient. Highly recommend:)
Great meal. Enjoyed Alberta prime rib and awesome view. Zoran was great as well.
Had the best experience today with my server lauren. Super kind, fast, and welcoming with my family. Food was great.

Recent guests praised the friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff, including servers like Jaz and Charles, who provided attentive care and made everyone feel welcome. While the service was generally stellar, some guests noted long wait times for food, which can be challenging. Nevertheless, The Vermillion Room remains a lovely place to treat oneself in Banff, offering a warm welcome and a wonderful dining experience.
