“I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fairmont Banff Springs, and let me tell you, it was absolutely awesome. The whole place feels like a castle in the Rockies, and the views are just breathtaking. The highlight for me was definitely the spa. It was not only beautiful, but super relaxing, with top-notch treatments that made me feel like a million bucks. If you're looking for a mix of luxury, relaxation, and a touch of magic, this place really delivers. Honestly, I could go on, but I'll just say it's a spot I'd totally recommend if you want an unforgettable getaway.“

“Brazen should be at the TOP of everyone’s food list in Banff. The atmosphere, wait-staff( Rylee rocked!), and Chef Dan were amazing! The food and drinks were phenomenal and first class. We ate at many restaurants in Banff and none touched the quality and taste of Brazen. We started with drinks of local beers from the rotating tap and the Garden Tea Party cocktail. We then moved on to the food portion of the meal. We had numerous dishes (mushrooms, ribs, potatoes, duck, gnocchi, and the ginger beef) and were pleased with the bold and flavorful taste of them all. We topped off the night with the house special Creme Brûlée and it was the perfect end to a delicious meal. Do yourself a favor and try this excellent restaurant!!“

“Ambience was incredible and food was great. We were fortunate enough to experience thru the outdoor globe dining. Our kids ran around fresh mountain air while my husband and I were catered to by one of the best servers we’ve experienced. Zoran was enthusiastic and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable about wine and paired our meals and desert fabulously. Our one daughter has a very severe gluten allergy and the server took extra precautions to make sure food was safe for her. Highly recommend! And extra thanks to Zoran - our daughter hugged him on the way out !“

“I love this location. I usually make my way to Banff once a month, but on this particular visit I was blessed with David as my server. Super personable service. If I could put 10 stars for David’s service, I would.

“Lovely staff- unbeatable views. It was comfortable and memorable- worth doing at least once in your lifetime. The food was just okay- I really usually eat anything but there were a couple things I just really not great. However, there are plenty of things to fill your belly if you don't like a couple options.“

“Steak was good and server was good. However, food was cold and overall dining experience was ok. Fairly pricey and just ok. Probably wouldn’t go again but if you really like steak and various steak options, might enjoy it. Sides were not great. Dessert was good. Again overall ok. Maybe just an off night for them.“

“Was just finding a restaurant to eat while visiting Banff with my boyfriend today. We decided to try this place and it didn’t disappoint. The service, atmosphere, and food was a 10/10. Jamie recommended us the Cajun beef short rib and it was perfect. Although we were kind of hesitant to eat the alligator bites, it was surprisingly really good. For myself, I had the crab and corn bisque and it hit the spot! We finally found a place to eat everytime we go to Banff. Thanks Jamie for the great food and memorable experience!😊“
