“Brazen should be at the TOP of everyone’s food list in Banff. The atmosphere, wait-staff( Rylee rocked!), and Chef Dan were amazing! The food and drinks were phenomenal and first class. We ate at many restaurants in Banff and none touched the quality and taste of Brazen. We started with drinks of local beers from the rotating tap and the Garden Tea Party cocktail. We then moved on to the food portion of the meal. We had numerous dishes (mushrooms, ribs, potatoes, duck, gnocchi, and the ginger beef) and were pleased with the bold and flavorful taste of them all. We topped off the night with the house special Creme Brûlée and it was the perfect end to a delicious meal. Do yourself a favor and try this excellent restaurant!!“

“I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fairmont Banff Springs, and let me tell you, it was absolutely awesome. The whole place feels like a castle in the Rockies, and the views are just breathtaking. The highlight for me was definitely the spa. It was not only beautiful, but super relaxing, with top-notch treatments that made me feel like a million bucks. If you're looking for a mix of luxury, relaxation, and a touch of magic, this place really delivers. Honestly, I could go on, but I'll just say it's a spot I'd totally recommend if you want an unforgettable getaway.“

“Overall, we had a reasonable experience at The Vermillion Room, aside from how we felt afterward. Unfortunately, both my partner and I became ill after the brunch, and we suspect it may have been something we ate from the buffet. Aside from that, our server was kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our anniversary brunch, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful scenic views from the restaurant.“

“Steak was good and server was good. However, food was cold and overall dining experience was ok. Fairly pricey and just ok. Probably wouldn’t go again but if you really like steak and various steak options, might enjoy it. Sides were not great. Dessert was good. Again overall ok. Maybe just an off night for them.“

“We had a wonderful afternoon tea. The tea was delicious, the finger sandwiches were excellent. The desserts were amazing. Loved the scone as well with the jam and delicious cream. The views from the Rundle Bar were spectacular. Beautiful bar. We also had champagne with our afternoon tea. Thanks for a great experience. The Fairmont Banff Springs is a gorgeous hotel as well.
