“Brazen should be at the TOP of everyone’s food list in Banff. The atmosphere, wait-staff( Rylee rocked!), and Chef Dan were amazing! The food and drinks were phenomenal and first class. We ate at many restaurants in Banff and none touched the quality and taste of Brazen. We started with drinks of local beers from the rotating tap and the Garden Tea Party cocktail. We then moved on to the food portion of the meal. We had numerous dishes (mushrooms, ribs, potatoes, duck, gnocchi, and the ginger beef) and were pleased with the bold and flavorful taste of them all. We topped off the night with the house special Creme Brûlée and it was the perfect end to a delicious meal. Do yourself a favor and try this excellent restaurant!!“

“We went to Coyotes several mornings in a row for breakfast. Food was wonderful and service was great. Our last morning, we sat at the bar and watched the staff work in tandem to perfection. If we ever return to Banff, this place will definitely be our choice.“

“Maclab is your best choice for food on the Banff Centre campus. The menu is generous, and has options to satisfy many different dietary preferences. The space is very large, bright, and welcoming… and it sports an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. The wine and cocktail list is fantastic🍷- definitely recommend the BC wines. The service was friendly and professional, but keep in mind that Maclab can get really busy at times and so, you should be prepared for slower service. Until next time Maclab!“

“Fantastic breakfast. Fantastic deal. If you’re looking for a quick breakfast before hitting the road, definitely eat here. Served on plate with silverware. Classic bacon and eggs breakfast was as good as you’ll get anywhere, but under $10 USD. Ample table seating inside and out. Do not be dissuaded because it is attached to a gas station. A&W for the win!“

“peak cafe is truly so PEAK. The food was massive in portions while being a few dollars below the average prices here in Canada, more so Banff. The ingredients were fresh too. This was such a value for money meal, and we were so glad to have chanced upon this place to eat to our fill.“

“We had the best time at Fairmont Banff Spring! Awesome staff the minute we walk in! Outdoor pool and jacuzzi made us wanna just stay at hotel! Awesome bar at the riddle and restaurants! Highly recommended! Feeling like a Queen for 5 days at the castle!“
