“Front staff was wonderful very helpful coffee and water at front was appreciated. The location was pretty good quick drive to the hot pools and 15 minutes down the road to invemere the room was o.k. it was a wheelchair adaptable which would be helpful for some people. The bathroom was large but the water from the shower heads was very low which made rinsing longer hair a bit difficult. The bed was comfortable and mixture of 5 pillows. Coffee in the room was terrible. The pool and hot tub were nice. Plenty big enough.
The worst part about the hotel is the restaurant. The one lady working was running her butt off. She was responsible for seating, ordering, drinks, delivering the food, and cashier. The food was not good at all. The pancakes were so small and one was raw. My over easy eggs were not cooked. The white was still clear and runny. Turned me off. The sausages were cold and hard. We sent the uncooked food back and came back perfect. Appreciated that. We were not the only one sending eggs back. Poor girl just one more thing for her to worry about. There are many many choices in invermere to eat at.“
