We went to Coyotes several mornings in a row for breakfast. Food was wonderful and service was great. Our last morning, we sat at the bar and watched the staff work in tandem to perfection. If we ever return to Banff, this place will definitely be our choice.
Derrek was our server and I need to mention him first because he made our first visit an amazing one. A server has a huge impact on the overall experience and Derrek was warm, welcoming, attentive, informative (knew the menu well) and had a great sense of humour. The food was very delicious and reasonably priced. We loved our little table by the window. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back again. 👏
