The Alberta - Beef, Buffalo, Elk, Venison with mushrooms and potatoes. Opted for the pale ale over wine. Thank you Ashley for excellent recommendations. Was there 04/24. We went in as a group of 8 for a birthday. Our server Gustavo was super confident and friendly, just like a server should be! He knew the menu well, and was able to answer any questions. He basically told us exactly what we wanted, before we even knew we wanted it! Now that’s service!! Will be back for the French onion soup.
