Just arrived at the hotel and have been greeted by exceptional service by all!! Adam at 1888 Chop House is a gem. Inez in hospitality/reservation took our trip from A- to A+++ by helping w/ a room situation. This trip has been on my bucket list for years and the Castle in the Hills does not disappoint. Thank you Fairmont staff!!
We had an incredible excursion with Scott Berry. It was a private tour of the Banff area. Scott was very knowledgeable and had lots of fun stories. He was very accommodating and showed us all the important things to see. We had a great time and learned a lot.
