Ok, all I can say is wow!!! The customer service and attention you receive here is unbelievable. It doesn't matter who you're speaking with, if they work there, they take time to answer your questions and go out of their way to make sure you're happy. The hotel or castle should I say is absolutely beautiful. From the rooms to the restaurants, this place has it going on. It's the premier location in Banff hands down. It's large but very cozy at the same time. No matter if it's a weekend getaway or a vacation, the Fairmont will meet your needs and exceed your expectations.

My sister and I had a super visit to the Spa this week. Everything was perfect, from booking to checking in to enjoying the pools and lounges. We each had wonderful operators for our facials.Noteworthy details: the spa was first-class.

Love the hotel and the service. The restroom of my room was very small. But the rest of the hotel is simply beautiful. It's like staying in a castle palace.

Nestled amidst the breathtaking landscape of Banff, the Fairmont Banff Springs is a captivating blend of history and luxury. The grandeur of its architecture mirrors the stunning Rockies that surround it. The service goes beyond expectation, ensuring every guest feels like royalty. The pool (indoor and outdoors), sauna and spa offer a serene retreat, harmonizing with the natural beauty outside. A stay here is not just a vacation; it's an enchanting journey through time and tranquility in the heart of Alberta's wilderness.

We had a beautiful Mountain View table and excellent salmon lunch. The waitress, Kendra was professional and super informative and kind.Walkability: We were just visitors to the area and wanted to enjoy a wonderful lunch at the beautiful hotel. There was free parking along side the road and after my husband dropped me off at the door, he parked and walked up easily in 2 minutes. Kendra deserves a shout-out for being a wonderful waitress .

Had a great experience at Banff Fairmont resort. Travelled as a couple and went to enjoy the spa. I have travelled widely and this is the most luxurious and comfortable hotel I have stayed at. Thanks to Anthony and Oleh for helping facilitate our trip.

Went to the Fairmont Banff Springs with my wife for our honeymoon. We arrived mid April to catch the last remnants of winter blending into spring. The outdoor heated pool was amazing. As warm as a hot tub and felt incredible in the cold weather. The activities all around the hotel were fantastic.Rooms: Our room was comfortable. The linens were high quality, the views were magnificent.Room service was worth it and the laundry service proved worth it.Nearby activities: Taking the open top car tour was fantastic. The town below was only one short bus ride (free with a pass from the front desk) away and proved to be an amazing cute town. Highly recommend.Walkability: All around the facility and grounds is beautiful. The only notable exception to the walk ability of the area is the walk down to waldhouse (incorrectly spelled I think, but the German restaurant) was down a large set of stairs, which could cause issues with those with mobility problems. But the hotel will provide a quick and free shuttle service to and from by request and made it perfect for me and my wife when we finished eating.Food & drinks: We ate breakfast at the Vermillion Room every morning and it made the bed and breakfast package so worth it. The Vermillion room's lunch was great.Waldhouse (the German restaurant) had a wonderful fondue experience and their beer was incredible. The Italian restaurant was beautiful, the marble accents all over were gorgeous and the food was delicious. The carbonara was magnificent and the eggplant Parmesan was perfect. The quick service restaurant in the lobby had quality premade sandwiches and pastries that were delicious and reasonably priced.
