After a tiring day of hiking in Banff, all of us were hungry and looking for a good place to eat. We headed to Cascade Mall and came across Yan’s Bistro. They offer a great variety of food, and we were happy to give it a try.

Had a quick stop at Yan’s Bistro for lunch and it turned out to be a great choice! I ordered the sweet and sour pork with fried rice, and the food was absolutely delicious. The serving was generous, making it great value for money.
The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive dining experience. It’s always nice when good food is paired with great service.

We had the salt and pepper chicken and were delighted at the taste. Cooked perfectly and the portions were generous. Good value for the amount that you get. Would definitely recommend and will go back again. The staff were really good and made us feel welcome when we came to their counter. Only scored the Atmosphere lower because it is in the food court.
