“Have you ever had a meal in which you just don't want it to end? The flavors enhanced one another. We had scallops served with a pork belly slowly roasted to perfection. Our bison burger was so tender, cooked med rare and the freshest beets, potatoes and carrots roasted . The carmel toffee dessert melted in your mouth. The service was spot on. a lovely meal to the end of a great vacation in Banff.“

“Beautiful building, beautiful restaurant. We thoughly enjoyed our meal. The Alberta Brant Lake Wagyu Beef ribeyes were one of the best steaks we've ever had. Top 5 for sure. Delicious! The bread and salad was also delicious.
I really enjoyed the Whipped Potatoes, they were so soft and fluffy, they made a perfect sauce for the steak! Same with the heirloom tomatoes, they were a great of counter to the beef and added so much flavor!
For dessert, we had the 1888 Sundae with the Taylor Fladgate 30yr. Perfect combination to finish off the evening.

“We went to Coyotes several mornings in a row for breakfast. Food was wonderful and service was great. Our last morning, we sat at the bar and watched the staff work in tandem to perfection. If we ever return to Banff, this place will definitely be our choice.“

“Maclab is your best choice for food on the Banff Centre campus. The menu is generous, and has options to satisfy many different dietary preferences. The space is very large, bright, and welcoming… and it sports an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. The wine and cocktail list is fantastic🍷- definitely recommend the BC wines. “Stopped by for a quick dinner last Friday evening with the kids and the line moved fast even though it was busy. My youngest demolished a cinnamon bun almost as big as her head while my older one went straight for the grilled cheese, both gone in minutes. The staff were patient with all our questions and even brought over extra napkins without being asked, which saves the day with two messy eaters. Cozy spot with mountain views out the window, easy for a quick family stop after a day on the trails.“

Our server Lauren was so kind and spot on with our table service, and when the missus' steak was a little underdone for her liking, Lauren took care of it right away and had it cooked by the kitchen staff to perfection. Gerry/Jerry the General Manager came over to our table and wanted to make sure everything was tasting great (which it was!) and he was such a delight to speak with. I honestly wished my GM from the Keg I worked with back in Calgary was even half as friendly as he was!
