“Have you ever had a meal in which you just don't want it to end? The flavors enhanced one another. We had scallops served with a pork belly slowly roasted to perfection. Our bison burger was so tender, cooked med rare and the freshest beets, potatoes and carrots roasted . The carmel toffee dessert melted in your mouth. The service was spot on. a lovely meal to the end of a great vacation in Banff.“

“Brazen should be at the TOP of everyone’s food list in Banff. The atmosphere, wait-staff( Rylee rocked!), and Chef Dan were amazing! The food and drinks were phenomenal and first class. We ate at many restaurants in Banff and none touched the quality and taste of Brazen. We started with drinks of local beers from the rotating tap and the Garden Tea Party cocktail. We then moved on to the food portion of the meal. We had numerous dishes (mushrooms, ribs, potatoes, duck, gnocchi, and the ginger beef) and were pleased with the bold and flavorful taste of them all. We topped off the night with the house special Creme Brûlée and it was the perfect end to a delicious meal. Do yourself a favor and try this excellent restaurant!!“

“Parker’s Table, located inside the Rimrock Banff, Emblems Collection, was one of the best dining experiences we had during our time in Banff. The hotel is a little outside the center of town, but the elevated location and beautiful views from the restaurant make the short trip well worth it.
The restaurant has a sophisticated yet intimate atmosphere, and the food was outstanding. Every course, from the appetizers through dessert, was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared. The flavor profiles were fantastic—creative and refined without being overly complicated. Everything we ordered looked beautiful and tasted amazing.
The combination of the intimate setting, beautiful outlook, excellent presentation, and exceptional food made this a truly memorable dinner.

“We came for happy hour and really enjoyed our experience. The charcuterie board had a great variety of food and some things we had never tried before which was exciting. They had a mustard infused cantaloupe which we didn’t particularly like, but it was a really interesting combination and was exciting to try. The server was personable and attentive and the lounge chairs were so comfortable we felt like we could’ve stayed for hours. We’ll be back here again next year. Thanks so much!“

“We went for the breakfast buffet and it was delicious and a great bang for your buck! The food options were abundant with salad, pastries, breakfast meats, oatmeal station, fruits, and even smoothies! Our server Will was FANTASTIC and the other staff were very kind and welcoming. They have made-to-order items such as pancakes, french toast and eggs benedict. The eggs benedict was the best I’ve ever had and we ordered many orders of it which came out quick! I wish we could eat there every morning!

The only downfall is the hotel is currently renovating the lobby area which is near the restaurant so it was quite loud while eating. But the restaurant portion has been renovated which is very nice and modern. We went on a Friday morning which is understandable that construction occurs during normal business hours.“

“Spent an evening here on the last night of out honeymoon. We came here from a bad experience at another lodge. Service from the moment we sat down to the time we left was exceptional. Food was possibly the best we have ever had. Ordered room service the next morning and got the same experience. Would definitely recommend. And will definitely go back!“

“This is the perfect pizza place under very specific circumstances:
1. You'd rather skip Banff but you're hungry and you don't want to brave the Canmore/Louise maze.
2. You just want bread and cheese, pepperoni optional, and the quality is less important than the ease of access.
3. You think having proper Indian (like from India) chai from the hot chocolate machine is a cultural wonder and a delicious way to spend the rest of your drive.
4. You like money and would rather keep it than eat it.

Then this is your spot! You get 15 minutes free parking just to the right of the pumps! Just walk into the gas station side if you want quick access to pizza by the slice, excellent spiced honey tea, and some beautiful brown eyes and friendly smiles.

To be just a bit more clear, I recommend just eating the cheese and toppings off the pizza. Cheers!“
