“Have you ever had a meal in which you just don't want it to end? The flavors enhanced one another. We had scallops served with a pork belly slowly roasted to perfection. Our bison burger was so tender, cooked med rare and the freshest beets, potatoes and carrots roasted . The carmel toffee dessert melted in your mouth. The service was spot on. a lovely meal to the end of a great vacation in Banff.“

“Brazen should be at the TOP of everyone’s food list in Banff. The atmosphere, wait-staff( Rylee rocked!), and Chef Dan were amazing! The food and drinks were phenomenal and first class. We ate at many restaurants in Banff and none touched the quality and taste of Brazen. We started with drinks of local beers from the rotating tap and the Garden Tea Party cocktail. We then moved on to the food portion of the meal. We had numerous dishes (mushrooms, ribs, potatoes, duck, gnocchi, and the ginger beef) and were pleased with the bold and flavorful taste of them all. We topped off the night with the house special Creme Brûlée and it was the perfect end to a delicious meal. Do yourself a favor and try this excellent restaurant!!“

“I can’t say enough good things about Alpha Bistro. We stayed at RMR for a family vacation and went to Alpha Bistro for my wife’s birthday. We were initially somewhat apprehensive because it seemed quiet (off season) but Kelly made us feel so special and really hit the nail on the head. Dinner was phenomenal… we both ordered the steak. It was absolutely delicious and truly exceeded our expectations. Kelly made us laugh more than a dozen times and really made my wife feel special on her big day. We couldn’t be happier with this place. It will be a go-to for us in the future.“

“We happened to find Crave on a Friday when they were serving up their Rocky Mountain Buffet. The food selection was small compared to what we are used to in the US, but the quality was unbelievable. We'd been traveling for several days, and were really craving some nutritious sustenance. The food was incredibly fresh, tasty, and healthy. Some of the people in our group weren't very happy with us choosing Crave for dinner, but they were all happy and smiling after taking their first few bites. Nik was our server. He took great care of us and made our meal even more enjoyable. Thank you, Nik and Crave, for making our last dinner in Banff such a great one. Also, my teens loved the music selection.“

“Spent an evening here on the last night of out honeymoon. We came here from a bad experience at another lodge. Service from the moment we sat down to the time we left was exceptional. Food was possibly the best we have ever had. Ordered room service the next morning and got the same experience. Would definitely recommend. And will definitely go back!“

“Ambience was incredible and food was great. We were fortunate enough to experience thru the outdoor globe dining. Our kids ran around fresh mountain air while my husband and I were catered to by one of the best servers we’ve experienced. Zoran was enthusiastic and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable about wine and paired our meals and desert fabulously. Our one daughter has a very severe gluten allergy and the server took extra precautions to make sure food was safe for her. Highly recommend! And extra thanks to Zoran - our daughter hugged him on the way out !“
