“Have you ever had a meal in which you just don't want it to end? The flavors enhanced one another. We had scallops served with a pork belly slowly roasted to perfection. Our bison burger was so tender, cooked med rare and the freshest beets, potatoes and carrots roasted . The carmel toffee dessert melted in your mouth. The service was spot on. a lovely meal to the end of a great vacation in Banff.“

“Brazen should be at the TOP of everyone’s food list in Banff. The atmosphere, wait-staff( Rylee rocked!), and Chef Dan were amazing! The food and drinks were phenomenal and first class. We ate at many restaurants in Banff and none touched the quality and taste of Brazen. We started with drinks of local beers from the rotating tap and the Garden Tea Party cocktail. We then moved on to the food portion of the meal. We had numerous dishes (mushrooms, ribs, potatoes, duck, gnocchi, and the ginger beef) and were pleased with the bold and flavorful taste of them all. We topped off the night with the house special Creme Brûlée and it was the perfect end to a delicious meal. Do yourself a favor and try this excellent restaurant!!“

“I can’t say enough good things about Alpha Bistro. We stayed at RMR for a family vacation and went to Alpha Bistro for my wife’s birthday. We were initially somewhat apprehensive because it seemed quiet (off season) but Kelly made us feel so special and really hit the nail on the head. Dinner was phenomenal… we both ordered the steak. It was absolutely delicious and truly exceeded our expectations. Kelly made us laugh more than a dozen times and really made my wife feel special on her big day. We couldn’t be happier with this place. It will be a go-to for us in the future.“

“ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!! And I usually turn my nose up to buffets. Fresh ingredients. Interesting and great variety in salads. Savory and well embellished meats. Beautiful desserts that were tiny so you could taste them all. Everything was well prepared and beautifully presented. Service was a little slow, such as refilling water glasses and getting the bill taken care of, but the staff were all very nice and professional. This is by far the very best, most high quality buffet I've ever had the pleasure to enjoy. And the price was exceptionally reasonable considering other options in the area.“

“Spent an evening here on the last night of out honeymoon. We came here from a bad experience at another lodge. Service from the moment we sat down to the time we left was exceptional. “Overall, we had a reasonable experience at The Vermillion Room, aside from how we felt afterward. Unfortunately, both my partner and I became ill after the brunch, and we suspect it may have been something we ate from the buffet. Aside from that, our server was kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our anniversary brunch, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful scenic views from the restaurant.“
