“Of course the food was amazing and unique but the service was just as good. We had two breakfasts and one dinner at F&F so we are convinced our experience is the norm. Our dinner server TJ was a fine young man, a great conversationalist and made an impression. We were happy to see the sous chef leading by example bringing food to the tables, bussing tables and making conversation with guests. We will be back. It is obvious there is good leadership in this restaurant. Oh, and the prices are very fair.“

“We went to Juniper Bistro for breakfast and we were served by Clarence. The food was incredible - best breakfast we’ve had in ages. We shared the avocado toast, salmon benny, and French toast. Not to mention, the latte put every coffee shop to shame! The best part though was being served by Clarence. We have two young children and he went above and beyond to keep the laughing and having a great time. I would recommend this place to ANYONE and we look forward to being back!“

“Service was great right from the front desk all the way through the service. The food was delicious, I had the ribeye and my wife had the salmon. The only issue was the sides that were ordered with my steak. I ordered the golden mash and sautéed mushrooms, both fantastic. Although the potato portion is ridiculous, it appears to be 2 pounds of potatoes. Way to much for a single serving! My wife and I shared it and didn't eat half the serving. Maybe consider a much smaller portion that comes with the steak. I'm ordering a 12oz steak not 24oz's of potatoes! And if you're worried about the cost then charge an extra few dollars for the steak. Although delicious, a lot of waste.“
“I can’t say enough good things about Alpha Bistro. We stayed at RMR for a family vacation and went to Alpha Bistro for my wife’s birthday. We were initially somewhat apprehensive because it seemed quiet (off season) but Kelly made us feel so special and really hit the nail on the head. Dinner was phenomenal… we both ordered the steak. It was absolutely delicious and truly exceeded our expectations. Kelly made us laugh more than a dozen times and really made my wife feel special on her big day. We couldn’t be happier with this place. It will be a go-to for us in the future.“
“My miso sablefish was so incredible I am still thinking about this meal two days later! My partner had the peppercorn steak frites, the fries were yummy and the steak was cooked to perfection with it being medium rare. The service was great! Our server was very attentive to our every need. Not pictured, but the crème brûlée was very yummy as well. I will definitely be back!“

“Brazen should be at the TOP of everyone’s food list in Banff. The atmosphere, wait-staff( Rylee rocked!), and Chef Dan were amazing! The food and drinks were phenomenal and first class. We ate at many restaurants in Banff and none touched the quality and taste of Brazen. We started with drinks of local beers from the rotating tap and the Garden Tea Party cocktail. We then moved on to the food portion of the meal. We had numerous dishes (mushrooms, ribs, potatoes, duck, gnocchi, and the ginger beef) and were pleased with the bold and flavorful taste of them all. We topped off the night with the house special Creme Brûlée and it was the perfect end to a delicious meal. Do yourself a favor and try this excellent restaurant!!“
