Parker’s Table, located inside the Rimrock Banff, Emblems Collection, was one of the best dining experiences we had during our time in Banff. The hotel is a little outside the center of town, but the elevated location and beautiful views from the restaurant make the short trip well worth it.

We had a wonderful dinner at the Rimrock in Banff! The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful and inviting, and all of the staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

It's quite often that you solicit a high-dining establishment (you know, those ones with an abstract menu and small portion sizes at high costs) and are disappointed by the quality of the food. Sure it's nice, but not worth its cost.
Parker's Table is not one of these locations.
