“I dined solo and sat at the bar and ordered the tasting menu. It was a memorable meal and every dish was beautiful and well-executed. The scallop and pork belly was delicious and the pork belly was the best I've had in my life! The foie dish was also very good with a nice combination of flavors and textures. But what really stood out was the exceptional customer service I received from Gabriel, the bartender. He was attentive, polite, and passionate. And I could really feel the genuine hospitality and care in his interaction with me and other customers. I would visit again primarily because I felt welcomed and well-cared for by Gabriel. These interactions typically feel more transactional but Gabriel was personal while delivering tasty mocktails and he also had a lot of energy when explaining each dish - it was inspiring! I'll be back :)“

“We had a Monday night dinner special of Chateaubriand, it was amazing! The soup and salad to start were very flavorful, then the main dish, perfect cut of meat with a beautiful mix of vegetables and potatoe! At the end we had an incredible fresh baked chocolate chip cookie topped with salted caramel, ice cream and berries! We highly recommend this dinner and our server, Jess, was excellent! Thanks for a great night!!!“

“Had a lovely meal in here last Tuesday before we left Canmore to head to Golden. I had the fish and chips, gorgeous and hubby had the Steak & Guinness pie, equally lovely. Heading back to Calgary tomorrow for a late flight back to UK so going to stop off and have another delicious meal. Thank you Georgetown Inn.“

“Intimate setting and welcoming service. The food they created was truly amazing... you could taste that it was locally, freshly aquired and prepared. Like getting lobster from no where else tastes like Nova Scotia, the elk at Sauvage was incredible. Every entré our family ordered was savored and satisfying.

“The Mediterranean hi Ken was really good with tomatoes, spinach and goat cheese. It doesn’t come with and any carbs so if you’re hungry you’ll want a side. My dinner partners had fish and c sweet potato fries and the meatloaf with mashed potatoes. We all ate everything on our plates and were too full for dessert can’t comment on wine or drink menu as no one had any. Beautiful view of Three Sisters.“

Food is amazing and cooked to a very high standard , atmosphere just perfect and staff are always friendly providing an excellent service.
