“Absolutely amazing experience. Food was top notch. Impeccable presentation and quality. Unique ingredients that were very cohesive. We added on both supplements. The quail rillette was 10/10 but the lobster add on wasn’t our favourite (the bisque around it was delicious though). We did the non-wine pairing which was advertised as a ‘juice pairing’ but it was so much more than that- would highly recommend!Everything is homemade and high quality. Staff were amazing. The ambiance was forestry and rustic. Really fun decor and lots of fungi!Will certainly be back to taste the next menu.“

“Absolutely fabulous breakfasts! We were in Canmore for 4 days and tried The Bankhead our first morning. The four of us loved everything about our meals. I've enjoyed memorable breakfasts all over the world, and very few hold a candle to this. We usually go somewhere different every day of a trip to maximize our experiences, but we returned for three more breakfasts and one terrific dinner. The various eggs Benedict are all sensational, with perfect house-made Hollandaise. Pancakes, waffles and French toast are delectable. Potatoes can make or break a breakfast, and the smashed baby potatoes blow it up. We’d return just for those. The panoramic mountain view and soft jazz music make it calmingly experiential, and the servers were terrifically accommodating.All this, and the value for such a great meal experience is superb. A really delightful discovery for us in Canmore, and a highlight in over 30 years of great visits to our favourite mountain town.“

“Bridgette a has a fantastic location, free parking and the ambience and food is A plus. we first attended in Oct 2023 for a birthday then ended up returning again as the elk carpaccio was uuummm. returned again to Canmore Feb 2024 and booked a table straight away. we were seated near the indoor fire pit, lovely and cozy. had potatoes, carrots with whipped goats cheese, we fought over those lol. then the half duck, omg it was more like lamb melt in your mouth and plenty for two people. we then moved to the couch area to relax with a couple of drinks. it is absolutely the best place for us to eat in Canmore“

“We had a terrific experience. First and foremost the service we received from Jacob was outstanding. We enjoyed the supper buffet. The highlight was the freshly prepared parmesan risotto with prosciutto. The other choices in the buffet were also well done - from the charcuterie, to the roasted veggies and the canolis. “Giving a 5 star service was so good. Ambiance not bad. Bison burger was lean and healthy dark grain bun. I am not into fries but we grabbed the poutine buffalo chicken fries to start. The sauces they add blended so well I could have eaten them as a meal. Phenomenal.“
“Went there this evening on a tip from our hotel concierge (June 20th). Had a delicious meal. Scallops and pork belly, plus chateaubrian 3 course dinner for 2. It was fantastic, desert included espresso mouse and crème brulee. Our server, (Victoria), was brand new and such a sweet heart, my husband and I had great conversation with her about the area and really enjoyed our experience at the restaurant. “The hostess & server were both wonderful. They were friendly and checked in on us often.Just be warned, they have a period between breakfast and lunch where you have to wait for the change over & can’t order.So we just went for tea and came back.I’m glad we did!I decided to go for a Game Changer burger with a GF bun. It was so good! The burger patty alone was one of the most delicious I’ve ever eaten, and add in the Brie, BBQ sauce and Brisket; It’s amazing.We’ll be back Graze ?- It would be nice if the staff have somewhere else to hangout when on break instead of on chairs in front of the bathrooms…haha. But you probably have a small facility.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available. They have a separate fryer for the fries.“
