“Sharing this late, as we were there in May, but the experience has stuck with me.
We came in on a Saturday night as a group. The space felt cozy and it was very inviting. I started with the Carrot Cake cocktail-OH.MY.GOD, it was so delicious. I still think about that drink. Perfectly sweet and bursting with flavour, it was a perfect cocktail and I almost ordered another for dessert.
For appetizers we ordered the Pine Flour Brioche, Foie Gras & Elk Shortrib Croquette, Bison Tartare & Wild Boar Belly. Every single dish was a delight-the plating was gorgeous and the food was incredible. All stand outs, but the brioche was the star (I'm forever a bread girl).
For mains we ordered the Duck Breast, Pan Seared Trout, Baby Carrots & Frites. The Duck was so tender and juicy (and you could eat the mini pine cones-surprisingly delicious!) and the trout was probably one of the best I've ever had. Of course, the fries were incredible (that sauce!!!) and the carrots a perfect balance.
We were full, but shared the Bergamot Curd and it was a perfect end to the meal.
Sauvage is an experience from start to finish-not only does the food look like art, it was absolutely incredible tasting. The staff were also wonderful and made great suggestions. Thank you chef Tracy for an amazing culinary experience!“

“Had a lovely meal in here last Tuesday before we left Canmore to head to Golden. I had the fish and chips, gorgeous and hubby had the Steak & Guinness pie, equally lovely. Heading back to Calgary tomorrow for a late flight back to UK so going to stop off and have another delicious meal. Thank you Georgetown Inn.“

“The Mediterranean hi Ken was really good with tomatoes, spinach and goat cheese. It doesn’t come with and any carbs so if you’re hungry you’ll want a side. My dinner partners had fish and c sweet potato fries and the meatloaf with mashed potatoes. We all ate everything on our plates and were too full for dessert can’t comment on wine or drink menu as no one had any. Beautiful view of Three Sisters.“

“We had a Monday night dinner special of Chateaubriand, it was amazing! The soup and salad to start were very flavorful, then the main dish, perfect cut of meat with a beautiful mix of vegetables and potatoe! At the end we had an incredible fresh baked chocolate chip cookie topped with salted caramel, ice cream and berries! We highly recommend this dinner and our server, Jess, was excellent! Food is amazing and cooked to a very high standard , atmosphere just perfect and staff are always friendly providing an excellent service. “During our stay at the hotel, we ended up coming here for breakfast twice because we loved it so much. The dining area has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere that makes it a great place to start the morning. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service from start to finish. As for the food—it was absolutely amazing! We were really impressed by both the beautiful presentation and the wonderful flavors of our breakfast; everything tasted delicious.
