“My family ate here last week and we loved our meals. There were two vegans and four omnivores. We all ordered the chef’s choice. It was a really fun couple hours of constant surprises and delicious eats. Some really amazing flavours and creativity put into each plate. It was such a treat to eat such unique delicious vegan food. The staff were friendly and very attentive. Highly recommend! Would have given 5 stars if the app allowed me to.“

“Wow, what a special time we had at Sauvage! It was the most excellent way to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. From the moment we were greeted at the door, we were in for a magical evening. The Hunter tasting menu was very creative and delicious, every dish was so good, and each of the unique foods and flavours were balanced perfectly. A truly special culinary experience. The attention to all the details (music, atmosphere, beautiful dishes, amazing chef-created food, etc.) was above and beyond. And, to top it all off....on the walk home there was a congratulations card in my pocket, signed by each of the staff. Thank you to everyone at Sauvage, looking forward to next time!“
“Had a lovely meal in here last Tuesday before we left Canmore to head to Golden. I had the fish and chips, gorgeous and hubby had the Steak & Guinness pie, equally lovely. Heading back to Calgary tomorrow for a late flight back to UK so going to stop off and have another delicious meal. Thank you Georgetown Inn.“

“Bridgette a has a fantastic location, free parking and the ambience and food is A plus. we first attended in Oct 2023 for a birthday then ended up returning again as the elk carpaccio was uuummm. returned again to Canmore Feb 2024 and booked a table straight away. we were seated near the indoor fire pit, lovely and cozy. had potatoes, carrots with whipped goats cheese, we fought over those lol. then the half duck, omg it was more like lamb melt in your mouth and plenty for two people. we then moved to the couch area to relax with a couple of drinks. it is absolutely the best place for us to eat in Canmore“

“Went for an early dinner. Happy hour drinks. Dinner was delicious. Steak sandwich was delicious and the beef was tender. Salad with house dressing was amazing! Artfully presented as well. Server was attentive and kind. Best restaurant meal in years.“

“It has been a long time I had a dinner that is so delicious for every single course. Their tasting menu was a 6 course menu at a reasonable price $120. But I know what I want. So me and my husband each ordered different dishes 3 courses menu, we still have 6 courses but a lower price.
Service was good but would be great if we got a standard seat instead of a high chair seat.“
