It is one of the more upmarket dining options in the Canmore hotel. We came for a light late dinner. The tenderloin poke is excellent, though the onion soup is a bit too salty.
We were a party of 6 celebrating multiple birthdays. We had 2 rounds of Appies. Mains and a bright in birthday cake. Our server was Faith and she was very patient in accommodating our needs. She was very helpful in recommendations regarding the higher end wines and the mains. All the food was excellently prepared and presented. We had 2 vegetarians, 2 pescatarians and 2 omnivores and everyone was very satisfied with their selections.
4 of us enjoyed creative and delicious meals, perfect portions and wonderful service. They were out of the Burrowing Owl wine we were planning to order, but we enjoyed another BC wine at the server's recommendation. Really loved our evening, will go again. A great place to take visitors to Canmore.
