“I had the best dinner of our trip through the Rockies. We had the chef’s 6 course menu. We don’t drink, so couldn't speak to the pairing experience, but the food wow. It was our first time having pheasant and it left a mark on our hearts, the crunchy skin with perfectly cooked meat juicy and flavorful. The bison was so tender and flavorful. The highlight besides the pheasant were the sauces, they played a lot with mushroom sauces which we loved. We payed 180 per person. The service was nothing short of amazing, they answered all the questions we had and the pace was perfect. They told us the tasting menu was pretty new, and we can’t wait to be back to taste future creations. Thank you to the whole team that make this experience possible.

“Food was delicious but the service mediocre. The server must have had a bad day and unfortunately it kinda ruined my experience. I didn’t received a warm welcoming, caring and friendly service. Plus, the server made a mistake in my order and gave me attitude for that. At the end, I was so uncomfortable and just impatient to leave…“

“We just had dinner at Indian Authentic Cuisine and had a wonderful meal. One of us had lived in India for awhile and said the food was very authentic! I just thought it was delicious. We had garlic naan and rice and samosas and 2 main dishes. It was very reasonably priced and fed 3 of us. I would highly recommend the restaurant.“
