8 Best Pubs in Banff

“We reserved for a group of 8 but ended up with 12. Despite having a full house, the staff located a few extra chairs so we could all be seated. We all enjoyed our meals and the service was excellent. Our server (Bre?) was very friendly and efficient and managed to keep our bills organized. A wonderful evening.“

“Great bar! It is the only one up tunnel mountain which is great for anyone who doesn’t want to venture all the way downtown and worry about getting a taxi back later when the buses have stopped. The live music and activities keep it fun, with karaoke being a big hit! It also has Free pool and darts if you want a more chilled night. Decent priced drinks so you don’t break the bank. The staff a fun and friendly too 🙂“

This rooftop bar is deceiving though, and we almost gave up when we walked in the restaurant. They don’t advertise the rooftop part well, which doesn’t make sense to me. You really have to seek it out and wander upstairs. Absolutely worth doing. :)“

“There’s free parking opposite Bow Falls with stairs leading up to the restaurant. The staff are great. We ordered the soft pretzels and fish and chips. Both portion sizes were large and tasted good. The view from the restaurant is the highlight“
