Great time for the family.
Worst problem solving skills by management I’ve ever seen.
We drove over an hour to go bowling - we arrived and our lane was broken, it took them over 30 minutes to “figure it out”. Their solution was giving us a refund ???? We were not able to bowl , and drove all this way just to waste my time waiting for them to provide No solution. The manager literally told us to get out. How accommodating….

The service is friendly and approachable, with staff like Tyler, Jasper, and Erica being kind and engaging. The manager resolved issues with empathy, offering refunds when needed. Some reviews noted an inattentive server on their phone, but overall the experience was 10/10. The venue is clean, bathrooms are clean, and it is a great evening activity. A reservation is recommended for a one hour bowl session to break up a walk through Banff.
