“Highly recommended! The staff is welcoming, and the food is excellent. Don’t miss their handcrafted art lattes – they’re a treat. We tried the cranberry loaf and a breakfast sandwich, hot chocolate and mocha, all made with top-quality ingredients. Garry helped us today, great service!

I also bought some artwork displayed for sale (Lynne Huras), and the barista even thanked me for supporting local artists. I definitely recommend checking out the art on display.

There are also some birds inside that add a lovely, soothing ambiance with their gentle chirping, enhancing the whole experience.“

“Everything is freshly made daily including the bread and English muffins used for breakfast items, to the pastries and chai tea, also serve locally brewed coffee! The breakfast sandwich was such a pleasant surprise, it seemed simple at first glance but what a perfect combination of flavors and whatever seasoning was used blew me away. We also got the avocado toast which was elevated with a poached egg, goat cheese, and balsamic on freshly baked sourdough. The homemade chai tea like the owner’s grandma used to make was amazing. I normally don’t drink chai but loved my husband’s so much I had to get my own cup. It’s just a short drive from downtown, we noticed mainly locals and regulars coming in to this husband and wife owned shop. Update: After trying some other breakfast spots in town, nothing can compete with Bare Bistro so we revisited today getting to try to eggs benedict and omelette, the sauce used for the benedict was amazing (homemade of course). We also tried some of the pastries which were all perfectly baked and delicious. We’ve tried just about everything on the menu and haven’t been disappointed in anything. We will be back tomorrow to finish trying everything (mainly pastries left). Very friendly owners and you can tell they take pride in what they do (as they should). Thank you so much Fonda and Alfredo!“

“Bread is good. Been buying at Safeway. I was however surprised and disappointed when I noticed the size of the loaf this morning was much smaller. I looked at the label and saw it has gone down from 850g to 650g (almost a quarter less) for the same price (so 24% price increase).“

“Grabbed a quick bite here for breakfast and lunch and was served both times by Dax. He provided excellent service. Happily answered my questions and when I came back for lunch he remembered how I liked my tea. Food was good (had the protein wrap for breakfast and quinoa and lentil salad for lunch - both were good) and the service was excellent.“

“Service slower as compared to other Tim Hortons locations.

Vegetarian options: Not vegetarian but looking to eat Halal, only option to eat bagels with butter.

Parking: Touristic city- busy all time, should be provided more parking or reduce the service time to free more parking spaces“
