I want to give this place a better rating because everything tasted so good but the guy was so rude and condescending I couldn't. I asked after a few minutes if he could get my loaf that I had ordered 5 minutes ago and he stared at me and said yeah and didn't do anything. And then he said he would be getting it but he's doing a few things and so that's why I had to wait.. very rude tone overall.Aside from that, the hot chocolate was great and I loved the chai spice loaf. I love this coffee shop. I visit weekly (or more). The Barristas are very kind and care about the quality of coffee, often asking for feedback, and trying adjustments to make a cup even better. The cafe is also an environmental leader with reusable items instead of disposables, rental takeaway reusable cups, and discounts if you bring your own mug. And best croissant in Banff.

Good little shop. Needed a quick bite, grabbed a banana loaf. Very tasty but also a little burnt on bottom. Lattes were tasty, but a bit too foamy to obtain latte art on. Still a nice place to pop in if you need a quick bite and/or coffee!
