If I could give more than 5 starts I would. Such great ambiance, drinks and food. The hosts at the bar are wonderful to talk to and the ambience is great. We had garlic butter chicken wings the first eve and nachos the other eve. Both were great. Drinks were great too. Highly recommend this place.
I got the Signature Tex-Mex Bowl, which was gluten free. A nice place to eat before/after hiking.
Had the greatest time, lunch break and a thirst buster, after hiking in the area.
Cold beer, great food (we had the truffle Parmesan fries and the mex-tex bowl), and lovely vibes in the sun.
Definitely give it a try if you’re on the mountain.

Mad Trapper's is a great place to dine after a day of skiing or hiking. The food is excellent, especially the double smash burger, cauliflower bites, wings, and poutine. The atmosphere is welcoming, with friendly servers who go above and beyond, including Sadie, who is highly recommended. Despite occasional slow service, the delicious food and tasty beer make it worth the visit. They offer gluten-friendly options, including their own dedicated GF fryer, and a kids' menu with real cheese Mac and cheese. It's a treasure to discover for lunch, with surprisingly reasonable prices for a ski resort. The nachos are a standout, with a large portion, and the fried pickles are a real treat. They also have a vegan-friendly, clearly marked menu, which is very convenient for those enjoying the beautiful scenery. The outside seating offers great views, adding to the relaxing experience. A perfect spot to relax and refuel while on the hill.
