Fast, fun, and delicious.This place gets five stars because it’s fast and fun. I might not be the best sushi you’ll ever eat but you will enjoy it. Just grab what you want off the train. If you don’t see it ask the chef and he’ll make it just for you. If you want a fried item they’ll bring it to you and throw a couple more orders in the train. It’s a small joint but very Japanese. If you know the difference in quality sushi or real Japanese food then you will be delighted here, even in the mountains. The train was fun, you can get food right away, and the chairs turn over quickly. Our family that is from Japan ate there 2x! Highly recommend for singles or families!

We arrived at 8pm and were lucky to have a seat. The taste was good, there were many types of sushi that you can't find elsewhere. Hope you guys try the smoked salmon sushi. This restaurant only offers sushi and a few side dishes. Their sushi is quite big. The price is not too expensive for a tourist town. Worth a try.
