This Taiwanese-Canadian owned spot is a hidden gem in a quiet basement on Banff ave, with a 'hole in the wall' vibe. Popular dishes include wonton and beef stew, miso ramen, and Hong Kong Beef Stew. The menu has very good options, if you want diff Asian foods: has pho, ramen, Taiwanese braised pork rice, and a few other options. The tonkotsu ramen was good and the takoyaki was delicious—freshly made and warm. The Vietnamese beef pho broth was light yet flavorful, and they were generous with the beef. The staff is cheerful, friendly, and provides fast helpful service. This kid-friendly restaurant is a great spot for a really satisfying and very filling meal.
