What a gem of a restaurant! The moment you walk in, you can feel the love and care they put into everything, the food tastes fresh, homemade, and prepared right there with attention to quality. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and it was, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. You will outgrow this location for sure.

The customer service made the experience even better. Fedora and her husband treated us like family and went above and beyond to make sure my kids and everyone at the table were happy and comfortable. It’s rare to find places that make you feel this welcomed.

This is the kind of restaurant you want to come back to again and again. Highly recommended! 🍳We coming back from MIAMI again✨

We randomly selected this café as part of a stop from our Airbnb to the lake Louise ski hill and are in love. When you first drive up you might think, hmmmm was this it? And yes it is! This lovely spot is owned by two chefs who take pride in the quality of their food. We had delicious eggs Benedict and then filled our bags with delicious pastries to indulge on the ski hill. When coming here you have to be open to an authentic small town Canada experience but be ready to fall in love with the food and lovely chefs that take so much pride in their craft.

What a hidden gem! I was so surprised by the quality of food in this unassuming part of town. The chef was sou chef at the Fairmont for 14 years, I can taste the quality in the smoked salmon egg Benedict I ordered. I don't usually like the potato hash but you can tell the chef actually put efforts into these potatoes bites, they are delightfully tasty! All their pastry is handmade, their christmas special Panettone is unlike anything I have tasted. You have to try it yourself!

A MUST IN BANFF. JUST TRUST ME. No exaggeration when I say eating at this spot for both days was a highlight of me and my husbands time in Banff. It’s truly a hidden local gem. Owned by a sweet husband and wife chef + pastry chef duo with over 20+ yrs in the industry and have worked all over the world. Banff is seriously so lucky to have them — I wish I lived near them, I would frequent very often (and you can tell the locals come here a lot and know the owners by name). We had eggs Benedict and avocado toast - both DELICIOUS. And then we split a cinnamon roll that was HANDS DOWNNNN the best cinnamon roll of my life. It was so flufffly and didn’t make me feel so heavy afterwards. We came back the next day for more eggs Benedict and their FAMOUS Italian Pannetone that they spend 3 weeks in advance preparing for. It literally felt like eating a cloud that’s how much it melted in your mouth. I had never even heard of it before, but now I don’t think I can ever eat another one that will ever live up to this. Everything is made by hand and from scratch, and you can definitely tell. They take immense pride in their craft, and it’s evident. I already can’t wait to come back — I’m telling everyone about this place!

What a great little spot! The owners are husband and wife and we learned they used to work for the Fairmont as a sous chef and pastry chef. The food was amazing and definitely worth checking out! They typically open weekdays but are trying out weekends to get more locals and tourists to come try! They make their own sourdough and pastries here too. Definitely a great little breakfast spot!

I asked for a s’mores themed birthday cake and my expectations were completely blown out of the park! The cake was absolutely gorgeous and tasted phenomenal. The cake got so many compliments! Thank you again for the best birthday cake.
