What a gem! Came here with the family for breakfast and tried a variety of savoury and sweet options -- salmon benedict, avocado toast, omelette, sticky bun, and an almond croissant. Everything was delicious. The meals were presented beautifully too. Service was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!

The eggs benedict was the absolute best i've ever eaten. The hollandaise has the exact hint of lemon and cayenne that you want. I would have liked to have tried the delectable sticky buns, but the cream cheese icing on the cinnamon bun i did eat was smooth and perfectly buttery. The owners are both professional chefs and they've proven themselves. It's limited seating, not fancy, but also not cheap (because the food quality is so incredible), and its more of a local's spot since it's away from the main town. Drip coffee and tea (no espresso). Breakfast sandwich keeps getting better! Our family is a fan of sourdough and their bread is so delicious . Food is an art and they are amazing Artists .

The “locals” spot is actually an incredible hidden gem. Owners are former professional chefs and food is better than most 5* restaurants I’ve been to. Amazing, wonderful secret little quiet spot. Coffee is roasted down the street, service is friendly and kind.

A short stay in Banff end of August from the UK - definitely the best place to go for a breakfast, lunch or take out. Wonderful team, superb breads, breakfasts, pastries and biscuits

Very kind and friendly owner.Pasta is lunch special, I think is not serving everyday. My daughter and I love the pasta,very creamy,size is big enough.

This is a hidden gem! We stopped by for breakfast after seeing the good reviews but initially weren't sure if we were in the right place as its a bit off the beaten track. It was well worth the trip! The owners are professional chefs and the food is delicious - all made from scratch, with local ingredients. Definitely the best breakfast sandwich we had in Banff and we also left with some of their homemade cookies. Highly recommended!

I thought I had the best Eggs Benedict earlier this year at a Park Hyatt...turns out this little Bistro nestled off the main strip in Banff steals the crown. I can't imagine it will ever be beat. I thank you for an extraordinary meal at a time I never expected. This chef owned bistro and bakery will beyond exceed your expectations!
