Ok this place was the bomb! Recommended to us by the flight attendant on our WestJet flight into Calgary. We had the Tokyo fries, curry ramen and the falafel wrap in naan, smoked bison flatbread. When I say this was the best meal we had in a long time, everything from the way the naan was crisped up was super A+. Guys working the front and kitchen were spot on. Cool vibe. Very small but a must visit if you’re in band for lunch or dinner. ! And this pumpkin brew from a Camden brewery was awesome! Highly recommended!!

We spent 5 days in Banff and this was our last dinner — the perfect ending to our trip. The food was delicious and authentically made (even as a Korean American, everything tasted spot-on!). The vibe was cozy and intimate, just the right size for anyone wanting to avoid the big, crowded pubs. Staff were warm and friendly, which made the experience even better.
We’ll definitely be revisiting! Highly recommend.

Food was really good! Loved the chicken kaarage, calamari and tokyo fries! Service was great. Small space so be sure to have a reservation or go during happy hours. Would definitely come back!

Generally speaking, this has always been our favourite restaurant in Banff — but that changed quickly last night. Our group of three sat at the bar and was disappointed by the service. The bartender was condescending, inattentive, and overall rude. I suppose I’d be sour too if I were his age still working behind the bar. Spend your money elsewhere where service and friendliness still matter.

I was interested in trying this restaurant because they serve Asian cuisine, but the experience was disappointing. When we arrived, we were told to wait for a table, which was fine. We initially stepped out to walk around the town while waiting. After a while we got tired and outside was cold so we came back inside to wait like most people would. However, the white male server wanted us to leave again, saying the restaurant was “too small” and that we should wait somewhere else. We are just two people, we definitely weren’t blocking any walkway or taking up excessive space. It was uncomfortable and the interaction came across as dismissive. It felt especially strange being told to leave when the restaurant serves Asian cuisine, as Asian customers, we did not feel welcomed. We left feeling disappointed and disrespected. I hope the restaurant reflects on how guests are treated and ensures everyone feels equally welcome, because the hospitality we experienced did not match the atmosphere or the food they advertise.
The Bison burger was great! The staff were very nice and hospitable and the price was right. Enjoy…

Nice little spot, foods good, drinks are good, service is friendly and not bad. Seemed like a bit of Japanese style menu, they had some Japanese spirits on the shelf as well for customers who are into that.
