Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
The food was simply not tasty, especially considering the high prices. I ordered a meat dish, and it was very poor in both taste and quality.
My girlfriend cannot consume sugar. When we explained this, the staff seemed confused and unsure what to offer, as many dishes apparently include sugar. Even the meat options were sweetened, and they were unable to prepare a simple, unsweetened meat dish.
Overall, the food was underwhelming and overpriced, and the restaurant was not prepared to accommodate basic dietary restrictions.

We had the curry katsu and duck spring rolls and they were both AMAZING!! The portion of the katsu was huge, and the price was reasonable too. Huge shoutout to the chef who was able to accommodate us by making the duck spring rolls even though they're normally a dinner item and we went for lunch. Highly recommend!

Best food and cocktails in Banff. Would give 6 stars if I could. A busy spot but we had a table after a short (well worth it) wait. We would highly recommend this gem in Banff.

Great restaurant. Cozy, hole in the wall vibes. Delicious food with lots of gluten free options. We had the zen salad, bison steak, grilled prawns, and pot du creme for dessert! Great mocktails— try the pandan one!
We came on a Friday night and there was a short wait—It’s a small restaurant. Great service. Moderate noise level. There was a tv at the bar showing the Olympics!

Delicious food, very attentive to allergy restrictions and dietary preferences, with prompt and friendly service, and attention to detail. The grilled bok choy special was especially noteworthy. Steve took great care of us and whipped up phenomenal cocktails and mocktails

Was lucky enough to score a table as a walk in (mid week), we ordered the short ribs and the salmon and it was fantastic! The server was attentive and friendly. After a week in Banff I can safely say that this was the best dinner I had!

I have been here a couple of times now and the food never disappoints. The creativity of the chef delivers a wonderful selection of incredible dishes. A great spot for lunch or you can try a “family” style approach for dinner to sample all of the amazing dishes. Service is always excellent and I believe it is drop in only (no reservations). The location is quaint so it is a tad tight but still would highly recommend!
I went in here randomly. I was pleasantly surprised at how good everything was. I had ramen and beef gyozas. The mocktail with pandan in it was tasty.

Discovered this place on our second to last day in Banff. Some of the best food I’ve had period - unique and playful with balanced flavors. Service is quick and pleasant. No idea why this place doesn’t have 5 stars.

Food is so excellent we ate here 2 days in a row so we could try many different menu items. The lemon lentil soup is the best we've ever had. Dishes are a creative asian fusion and easily shareable. The specialty cocktails are clever, too.
