What a sheer pleasure it was to have breakfast at Bluebird. Everything was perfect, above and beyond our expectations. The service was first-class, professional, attentive, and friendly; the ambience was just right; and, above all, the food was great. The eggs Benedict and the soufflé pancakes were arguably the best we've had in a long time. Highly recommended. Not least of all, great value for money.
Had the Sunday prime rib special that was cooled to perfection - only drawback was that it was over so soon in spite of the generous portion size. The server Gia was attentive, helpful, and just a pleasure. It was a pleasant surprise seeing Josh who used to work at another collective restaurant helping things run smoothly. Will definitely be back there again soon.
All the food was extremely delicious, however, the only let down were the mashed potatoes. Wasn't anything spectacular. However, the short rib ragu was exceptional and the 8oz steak was cooked to perfection. I would totally come back!!
