I ordered the spinach and artichoke dip, which was quite enjoyable and well-prepared. Following that, I had the Thai Bites (x2). When placing my order, I requested extra sauce, but unfortunately both dishes arrived with very little, not nearly enough to properly coat the chicken. This was disappointing, especially since it was consistent across both servings.
In addition, the table itself was in poor condition, with noticeable bubbling and even a missing section, which detracted from the overall dining experience.
Overall, while some of the food was enjoyable, the lack of attention to detail and the dated atmosphere left much to be desired.

I just ate here during a trip to banff, i’m originally from winnipeg and the experience here was outstanding. Both the food and service were excellent; our server aiden was very impressive with his abilities.
Had an awesome time at Boston Pizza! Gracie was super welcoming at the door and Abby gave amazing service the whole night. Great food and even better staff, I’ll definitely be back!

The service was impeccable, we got greeted promptly at the host stand and got our table instantly. I was with my friends and we ordered some of the fishbowls which is a must try if you go here. Mikaela was our server who knows her stuff she recommended the pesto chicken pizza and some of the pastas which we shared. We would definitely come back here for the staffs and food prices were reasonable with great portions:)
Overall it’s a must try if you’re in Banff.

Every time i come in the staff are smiling, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The food is wonderful, and my children are accommodated. Boston pizza is a wonderful place to bring your family, or even to have a simple drink with your friends. Will definitely be returning!
