I LOVE their pizza!!!! 😀
We had a great time at Carlito’s because of Kelsey - the most prompt, friendly and committed server one could imagine
After our dinner, where he literally ran to make sure we got we needed, he sweetly offered to show us around town the next day so we wouldn’t be stuck doing touristy things

Pop in as it was close to our hotel and wanted a quick dinner. We had a meat feast and veggie pizza with a copy of drinks. The pizza was very nice. Fresh and lots of topping and a lovely thin base. We really enjoyed it.

The server we had was so rude. Service was terrible. Mixed up our order and made the wrong pizza. Made the correct pizza eventually.
Excellent place for food! I was surprised at how early most places in Banff close, and delighted to find this place open. Quiet on a Wednesday evening, but we did show up near close. Friendly, unobtrusive staff, excellent food, and a nice cozy atmosphere
Awesome american style pizza, nice and friendly stuff.
Honestly pretty blah for the price. We got a pepperoni, bacon, and mushroom pizza. The pepperoni was just a slab of sandwich meat salami and the bacon was just sandwich meat ham. Not worth the money, dominos has better ingredients.
They make really good pizza. They had gluten free crust for my wife who has an allergy to gluten.
Service was friendly.

Food is incredible and really good. They have the best poutine in town and very fast service for good food. If you made a request they will go beyond your expectations!

My veggie pizza was delicious! I loved the crust that was crispy on the bottom and soft inside.
Ordered pizza and wings for takeout. Our order was ready and hot on pickup. Found the pizza and wings were very ordinary, nothing special . We ordered extra cheese but it wasn’t prevalent at all. Wings were nothing special.
