Carlitos has a great atmosphere and mood. Everything in their menu sounds amazing but the pizzas and wings are something else! Their drink menu has a variety of good options as well. Cheryl served us and she was a delight! So kind and kept the energy up while serving us food. I 100% recommend stopping by Carlitos, you'll leave satisfied!

I ordered ahead for pickup and the online ordering experience was smooth and easy. The food was ready on time, which was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly when I picked up the order, which I really appreciated. However, the taste did not quite match the description and it felt like some of the flavors or ingredients were missing. Overall, it was okay for a quick bite, but I was expecting a bit more based on the menu.

Chicken burger used to be actual chicken breast. Now it’s a sub par chicken patty. Gravy portion with poutine is less than it was. Prices are higher and the quality is lower. Such a shame as Carlitos has been my go to for over a decade. Pizza is average at best. What happened??

Ordered a donair pizza for takeout and it actually arrived about 9 minutes earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. The pizza itself was absolutely delicious — great flavor and exactly what I was hoping for.
The only small issue was that it showed up a bit in shambles inside the box, like it shifted around during transport. Still totally edible and tasty, but it did take away from the presentation a bit.
Overall, solid experience — just knocking off one star for the messy delivery. Would still order again!

Delicious pizzas and good choice of wines and cocktails. Very warm welcome with quick service. Slightly on the smaller size for a restaurant, so recommend booking over weekends and in the warmer season. Delivery/take away collection available too.

Lovely spot for a last decision dinner. The young man who served us (can't remember his name but he's from Devon, England originally) was very helpful, welcoming and attentive despite singlehandedly working both the bar and the restaurant. Our Pizzas were so good (compliments to the chef) that we took what was left back to our hotel room with us and enjoyed after returning from out hike the next day 😊

Food wasn't the best but the wait staff was attentive and friendly. Our pizza was dry and the poutine didn't have much flavor. Expected more from the sign that says best poutine west of Montreal. Cheese in the poutine was cold.

Food is super yummy here, everything is fresh (we loved their pizza). Service is also 10/10, workers are very attentive. And prices, as for Banff, are very good. Recommend it :)

Ordered a take out for delivery to Tunnel Mountain Resort. Was the best quality food we ate all week in Banff!And, good value!

They were very slow and the avocado toast was basically a quarter of an avocado put onto toast….
You have to pay extra for egg making the normal food far from filling…

In a town with so many restaurants it's hard to find a good burger. I ordered the bacon/cheese burger and it was one of the best I've had in a while. 👍🏼
