Great location, service and food. What more could we ask for?! This was a gift for my daughter and her boyfriend - visiting from England and they were overjoyed at the experience.
Food is unbelievable. Chef Tony is amazing. Fantastic service from Max. A place we frequent often and enjoy everytime.
We had the shrimp appetizer and the veal Parmesan as our main courses. The shrimp was outstanding and very plentiful for dinner. Veal was very good, a little too heavy on the cheese and the pasta that come with was not good. Overall a very good experience.
Our experience was amazing from beginning to end. We started with the delicious calamari and bread service, followed by their standout signature dishes: the bone-in veal Parmesan and lobster carbonara. A special shoutout to Max for making our visit feel truly personalized.
First time here and definitely will come back. Food and service were first rate. Our waiter Max was very helpful
We HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. We had AMAZING service and the food was delish. We would go back in a heartbeat. The ambiance is very cute, but the service truly was the most special part.
It was a unique experience. The place is absolutely stunning. The food exquisite and the service was excellent. Definitely a most when visiting Banff
Lobster carbonara lived up to the hype! This is one of the better restaurants in the Banff Springs.

Amazing food and atmosphere. Staff is so friendly.
Really nice ambiance and the service was fantastic. The food was very good but with many ingredients so with allergies or preferences it may be tough. The risotto, gnocchi were really delicious.

The bar atmosphere was intimate and relaxing. Veal chop was very good although not bone in as described on menu, eggplant was thickly sliced and not flavorful. Underwhelming based on high prices.
Max, the bartender at Ramsey Bar was a spectacular, friendly, and wonderful person to interact with! Gave us information of places to check out here at our stay with Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel! Giving Max 5 plus stars!!

Excellent with food allergies. Hostess asked when we first arrived what food allergies we had and waitress first noted allergy in reservation. Food is thoughtful, fresh and seasonal! Cesar salad was refreshing with mayo and more lemonade fresh breadcrumbs. Gnocchi was light and refreshing. Sat in the bar area and enjoyed the music. Great experience and sweet waitress!
We have been to this restaurant many times with many different menu iterations. The menu is limited, a bit too far of a departure from Italian cuisine and very expensive for what you get. Our service was excellent, ambiance is excellent. Just the food was disappointing.
The lobster carbonara was probably the best gluten free pasta dish I’ve ever had! Seriously delicious pasta, and lots of chunks of lobster. We also had a delicious burrata salad as a starter. Our server then comped us an anniversary tiramisu (also with a gluten free option), and our cocktails were delicious! I’m so tired of overly-sweet, cheap cocktails in many fine dining places. I am happy to report that both Castello and 1880 in the Fairmont made excellent cocktails.
