A good evening in a lovely restaurant that had great service and good food in large portions. Cocktails were lovely but a lack of choice of desserts were the only negative.

It is what it is, it's a casual dining place with mediocre food. Unfortunately, my fajita had a hair embedded in the chicken. This was not pleasant, and it took away my appetite. The manager of course comped my meal, but did not come over to see if there was anything he could do for me. Disappointing!

That was probably my worst time ever in a restaurant. 3/4 of the food was okay and 1/4 was just uncooked (literally took a bite of a raw burger). But the biggest issue was the server Katarina who was just rude to me and my friends for no reason. I tried to signal my schrimp allergy and she gave me an answer that almost made me cry. Then turned to my friend and did the same thing when she was trying to order her food. It almost seemed like she had a personal problem with our table. I would personally never go there again. Ps: never order a mango iced tea from there. (That was an absolute disappointment).

Amazing that one employee can ruin a dinner. Bartender was pulling double duty as a server and was not happy about it. We were under pressure to order, eat, pay and get out!

Stayed over at the fox suites this past weekend and eating at Chili’s was one of my highlights. The ambience was superb.. the staff were awesome, they made us feel so welcomed and were attentive. O my, the foods were all delicious.. had great flavor that we had to order twice and food didn’t take forever to get ready. Also quite affordable and filling. They also gave cake to me the birthday girl for free 🥳🥳 and I was obsessed with their chicken and shrimp tacos 🥳🥳 had to take some back home with me. It was a 10/10 experience and Chili’s added flavor to my birthday weekend 🥳🥳 I totally recommend

A special shout-out absolutely must go to our server, the Australian guy with his hair in a bun. He was an absolute star! His attentiveness and excellent recommendations made our meal even more enjoyable. He truly embodies the spirit of outstanding customer service. Beyond the fantastic staff, the restaurant's layout is incredibly unique and adds so much to the dining experience. The multi-level design creates intimate dining nooks and offers interesting vantage points, making it feel far from a typical chain restaurant. It’s an inviting and comfortable space that encourages you to relax and savor your meal. Of course, the food was delicious and exactly what you'd expect from Chili's – satisfying and flavorful. But what truly sets this particular location apart is the combination of its exceptional staff, especially our memorable server, and its distinctively charming environment. If you're looking for a great meal in Banff with an extra dose of personality and warmth, the Chili's in the Fox Hotel is an absolute must-visit. We left feeling completely satisfied!

Need a break from downtown Banff's chaos? This Chili's in the uptown district is a good alternative, about 15 minutes on foot. Overall, we had a good experience with their service and food – the trio fajitas were not bad and came in generous portions. Plus, they've got a nice selection of margaritas and other drinks to enjoy. Prices range between $20 and $36, which is reasonable for Banff

Ordered the smokehouse trio wish i ordered something else. The Ribs and sausage was dry and it was like they tried to mask it with heavy amounts of bbq sauce. I didnt even eat the ribs they were just bad. Fries were cold and my garlic toast was black on one side… Margarita was AMAZING. Was very excited to come but was disappointed heavily with the food. They look like they have good food based on what other people ordered but I unfortunately left unsatisfied
1. Hostess couldn't read off the 3 beers they had on tap so the moved the menu towards my boyfriend and pointed to it so he could read it. Very rudely. 2. 1st round of drinks took awhile to get. When I got mine it was pouring out of the sides because it was immensely over filled. 3. After almost finishing my food I found what looked like a blonde hair that looked kinda like a dog hair in my salad. I did not finish it after that. I didn't say anything because I ate most of it already. 4. Service was really slow. Boyfriend didn't get another beer because I waited awhile for my 2nd drink and they served him the wrong beer the first round. 5. We paid. Didn't tip this establishment because our experience was not awesome. The Server, after we paid stopped in the middle of the resteraunt, gave ME and incredibly dirty look and walked up to my boyfriend and asked " did you forget to tip" to which he said " no the service wasn't very good" and she walked away. This place obviously needs more help with staff. But I'd start with servers that know how to kindly ask why a customer didn't tip instead of that behavior. We will never return to this place.

First time going to this particular location and they didn't disappoint! We were greeted right when we arrived, our table was ready, and first impression of the restaurant was very positive. Our server was excellent! Super friendly, courteous, and made our visit a very pleasant experience. Our food was delicious, drinks were great, and dessert was to die for! I definitely recommend Chili's. I look forward to our next visit!
