We stopped for a late lunch. We have eaten at Chili's many times but the first time at this location. You enter the restaurant from inside the hotel. The staff at the front was so nice and day is right away. Our server was absolutely the best. We had chips and salsa and then I had the boneless BBQ wings while my husband had a half rack of ribs with BBQ. He said the ribs were great. Most of my boneless wings were okay but the rest were hard and you couldn't even cut them with a knife. That was disappointing. I had my husband's coleslaw since I couldn't eat most of my wings. The coleslaw was very good.

Chili's Banff was a five star now it's a four ONLY because it was our spot to eat while visiting the beautiful town of Banff because of the loaded boneless wings. We stopped in a month ago to learn that was taken off the menu. I guess that was our last time dining at Chili's. Thanks for the memories and great food.

We arrived in Banff just before the peak travel season, so while the town was lively, it wasn’t overwhelmingly crowded. We stayed at this hotel and had breakfast there twice. The service was warm and efficient, and every dish we tried came in generous portions. The eggs Benedict, in particular, were perfectly cooked—rich, flavorful, and satisfying.

Horrible phone skills. We tried to preorder a few lunch items. And they couldn’t do this at 10 am for us to pick up for 11 am. We asked to talk to a manager. She was even more rude than the other employee and decided to hang up on us. Terrible service. Won’t be going here ever.

We were at the restaurant for a birthday dinner last August 19 around 8:30PM, and while we understand that everyone can have a not so nice day, it seemed that the server assigned to our table upstairs may have been tired or not feeling her best. While she was cleaning a nearby table right in front of us, we tried multiple times waving at her for about 5 minutes—politely saying "excuse me" and "hi"—to get her attention so we could place an order. Unfortunately, she seemed to ignore us, despite our efforts even if she's just an arm length away. This happened more than seven times, which was quite frustrating, especially given the occasion. At the end of the meal, when we paid without leaving a tip due to the experience, her tone noticeably changed. She asked if there had been a problem with our service, to which I simply replied "no." She then walked away without saying anything further. We understand that hospitality work can be very demanding, and we truly appreciate good service when we receive it. However, this experience fell short of expectations, particularly for a special occasion like a birthday. I'm just hopeful that this small things can be particularly improve.

Came for a family dinner and it was perfect. They took our kids order right away and rushed the food so the kids were satisfied. The portion size was huge and there was so many left overs. Try the fajita trio it was great flavor and got a little bit of everything

The shrimp tacos were fantastic and I really recommend! I loved the sauce so much. Got a few foods to share and they were very yummy. It was a bit loud so it was a bit hard to chit chat but we still managed. It's Banff so we had to wait to be seated and wait a bit to see our server but you'll see this at most popular restaurants in Banff haha. I very much enjoyed my time here. I'm unsure if Chili's has their own bathroom or they share with the hotel but to get to the hotel bathroom there's is a large set of stairs (I'm assuming there is an elevator but I'm not observant). I would recommend. If you are staying at the Banff center I recommend driving down because that walk on a full stomach was a bit long haha, I think the only thing that made that walk tolerable was that I had eaten a nice dinner beforehand lol
