First time going to this particular location and they didn't disappoint! We were greeted right when we arrived, our table was ready, and first impression of the restaurant was very positive. Our server was excellent! Super friendly, courteous, and made our visit a very pleasant experience. Our food was delicious, drinks were great, and dessert was to die for! I definitely recommend Chili's. I look forward to our next visit!

We were pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the interior, complete with fireplace, interesting wall art, and a rich wooden interior. The food was good, and priced reasonably. The service was timely, polite and helpful. Our experience was a step up from that of Chili's we've experienced in the States.

Our waitress was great. She kept the kids happy and their drinks full. Wasn't super enthused about the auto gratuity as we weren't aware of this I'm happy to tip but dislike when it's forced lucky for us her tip Was well deserved as she was awesome

It was good for 3 out of the 4 hungry girls haha. Our server was very nice, and we don't go to Chili's expecting a fine dining experience but there was nothing to complain about food taste wise! You got what you ordered. However I was quite annoyed that 3 of my friends ordered the triple dipper, and my one vegetarian friend ordered a salad. They brought out our triple dippers and assured my friend her food was coming. 7 minutes passed, the server came back and asked how everything was and again assured my friend the salad would be right out. My friend said to go ahead and eat as our food was getting cold. Myself and my 3 friends ate our whole meal in what I would assume takes 10-15 minutes? and sat there with the empty plates, for an additional 5 minutes, and my friends salad still did not arrive. When she came to clear our plates, another server came and delivered her salad. In almost the same breath, my friend asked for a to-go box. We had things to do that day and my friend picked in my fries long enough while waiting for her lunch to curb her hunger. They brought her a to go box, but i'm quite annoyed not a single compensation was offered for her. 5-7 minutes running behind (even though its literally salad) is one thing. To deliver someones food after clearing the rest of the tables empty plates? Quite disappointing.

The fact that you don't see many Chili's anymore in Canada this was a must visit for our family during our visit to Banff. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed. The food is delicious. We made a reservation and we're seated as soon as we arrived. Food came quickly and was hot and delicious. The variety made it possible for everyone to get what they wanted and everyone left full and satisfied.
Parking: Chili's is in a hotel, there is some parking right across the side street adjacent to the hotel. However, we found parking on the street right behind the hotel and there is a general entrance to the hotel at the back that leads to the lobby and the entrance to Chili's.

Took almost an hour to order and get food. When we needed refills we had to call our server over and ask. He never checked. When I asked why it had been so long for food he said they messed up one of the wings. “So the rest of our food was just sitting in the kitchen”. He said no. But when we got our food all our dishes were not hot. Took way to long considering it was not busy.

I went there twice and the service staff never gave me the happy hour menu. I don't like deliberate chatting. Not worth tipping 15% every time!
