One of few breakfast spots I could find that would serve a proper vegan breakfast (beyond muffins and coffee). The vegan bean burrito was great with a side of home fries - good fuel for all those hikes! Additionally the avocado toast can be easily veganised. Brewed coffee was some of the better filter coffee we’d had. Went there two mornings running. Oat milk available too. Plus the staff were really lovely.

We visited Coyote Restaurant for breakfast. While we were seated promptly, the service was unfortunately lacking. Our server forgot to bring us coffee, and our food order was delayed for nearly 45–60 minutes. Once the food did arrive, it was absolutely delicious and worth the wait. The ambience was also lovely, cozy and welcoming. Overall, the experience had great potential, but the service definitely needs improvement.

Just went for lunch, the salmon bagel was burnt and not fresh. It was clearly a store bought bagel. really expensive for the cost, and wouldn’t recommend

Great restaurant I really enjoyed the veggie burger! They made it with barley and veggies so good and very unique!! Loved the cute decor and the staff was so wonderful! Definitely get the fresh juice too!!

TLDR; don’t come here if you or someone you love has celiac’s. Asked for a gluten free menu, and was told that only 2 items were not able to be gluten free. We placed our order specifying that this is a serious allergy and cannot have any gluten. Our salad had croutons and the pizza did as well. Got a new salad, but didn’t want to ask for a new pizza because of how long the wait would’ve been. There were croutons all over the plate.

Simply fantastic. Really enjoyed the company of Derek! 5 stars! He's also really really good at refilling our glasses of water!

We showed up for breakfast at exactly 11:30am when we read a sign on the door that breakfast was served until 11:30. As we started to walk away, a very nice woman quickly came out of the packed restaurant and invited us in, saying they are happy to serve us breakfast. I'm guessing she was the owner. We had a tasty meal, great drinks, and friendly service. Even though they were obviously turning over the tables for their lunch crowd, we never felt rushed. I highly recommend this delightful restaurant. 5 stars
