We had a fabulous evening. We felt welcome from the moment wr arrived and the service was friendly and outstanding throughout our evening. The meal was really delicious! We had Truffle Steak and Crab Cakes. We liked the wine list and enjoyed a lovely Pinot. Highly recommend.

I recently dined at Earl's in Banff, hoping to treat my in-laws to something new, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. While the location offers a beautiful setting, the service was a major letdown. After being seated, my party waited an excessive amount of time for our meals, with no check-ins from our server during the wait. Even something as basic as water service was subpar—we were only offered tap water, with no option for still water or anything better. It felt as though the staff was inattentive and disengaged, leaving us to wonder when our meals would finally arrive. I had hoped to impress my in-laws, but instead, we were left feeling frustrated and ignored. Needless to say, we would never come back.
Awful place. Awful service. Literally any other restaurant in Banff is better. Do NOT go here. They did not clear the plates. Did not bring our drinks. Had to chase a server down for cutlery and side plates. The bathrooms were disgusting, no toilet paper or towel. The servers act like you are bothering them for existing. I hope this place closes down, it does not deserve to exist.

I have dined at Earls several times and have not written a review. I just was away on a trip and met a group of people heading to Banff and was asked for suggestions of where to eat, without hesitation I told them of earls.I have always enjoyed the diversity of the menu, something for everyone. One thing that really stands out is the level of service and attention to food and wine pairing if needed. Another point to add is when you're in restaurants that are very busy. There is always a chance, something could go wrong, but the training of the staff is excellent, and if there is a problem, they rectify it right away to not take away from the experience
Dietary restrictions: They are trained To ask about dietary restrictions such as allergies and are able to answer questions regarding the dishes.
Went here for dinner with my family, immediately was greeted by a friendly host and sat at our table. Drinks arrived quickly and our server was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable regarding the menu. Got mains and dessert and EVERYTHING was a 10/10, best earls I have been to so far.
